This historic little cottage boasts an incredible location for wine tasting and gorgeous views. Adjacent to the historic Hillcrest Orchard Estate, and next to RoxyAnn Winery, The Cottage will not disappoint for your next getaway!
This listing does not have a kitchen. If you need a space with a kitchen & regular bed please see The Carriage House - 
The space The cottage, built in 1926 and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. It sits adjacent to the historic 250 acre Hillcrest Orchard estate on the outskirts of Medford. A rural feel but close to many amenities. RoxyAnn Winery is right next door. Approximately 10 miles to the Britt Festival Pavilion and 14 miles to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. Crater Lake is only a 1 1/2 hour drive. We are the perfect halfway point between Seattle and the Bay Area Other things to note: This space is also used by bridal parties to prepare for weddings held on the grounds. 
This is a working orchard, vineyard, and winery/tasting room. Workers begin early however we try to limit work around The Cottage before 8:00 am.

Perfect location, quiet and historic!!! Love Roxy Ann Winery. One of my favorite places in Medford!!

Beautiful respite

This property is located in a beautiful garden. We were thrilled when we saw it. The cottage itself is cozy, the bed so snuggly. A lovely bottle of wine was chilling in the fridge. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a cottage for two in Medford

A visit with our daughter

Very cozy. Location is great. Freshly remodeled. I mentioned a few convenience items that would be beneficial (as a former VRBO owner) and they were appreciated. Recommended for a couple who want a getaway.

On Winery Property- Roxy Anne!

Quaint Carriage house on the Hillcrest Orchards property and home to Roxy Anne Winery tasing room. Great location, well stocked kitchen and good amenities. We didn't see the complimentary tasting certificates until after we visited the winery, but that's our problem! Thank you again for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

This is a beautiful cottage on a lovely vineyard. We really enjoyed having close access to the coffee shop and tasting room on site, which was full of kind and helpful employees, yummy coffee (I recommend an iced latte with honey, cinnamon and oat milk!) and the most delicious cinnamon roll (not too sweet!). The buildings are well kept with their rustic charm and everything was marked well to help guide our parking and check in. Inside the cottage was very cozy and well appointed with a comfortable farmhouse feel, however, the bed and pillows were too firm for my liking, but I know that differs per person. There seems to also be a need for spraying for pests as we were greeted by a spider, crickets and a hornet. The location itself is great for access to the city as well as lots of areas to enjoy nature and the great outdoors. We loved how close it was to endless amounts of biking and hiking trails and tons of highly rated restaurants to curb our hunger after a day of adventuring. All things considered, we would certainly return!
