Clean and cozy studio that met my needs. The area is very quiet and I had a restful night's sleep. The only thing that could be improved is to have lighting shining on the stairs/walkway as it does get very very dark out there.

Great studio space with lots of amenities packed into a well designed floor plan. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great view of the hills, close to Jacksonville and easy to get into oMedford. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, single burner and a fridge so it’s possible to prepare light meals.

New to the area

Everything was neat and cleanThe owners thoughtfully left a bed and bowls for our dog which was above and beyond what we expected. There is a small sitting arra in the yard with an umbrella . So we were very happy. All in all a pleasent stay.

This was a great central location in Medford, OR so we could get to Jacksonville, Grants Pass, Williams, and Ashland. The studio was very quiet, clean, and much more comfortable than a hotel. Any questions we had about the property were immediately answered by the host, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice quiet spot between Medford and Jacksonville. I was 10 minutes to everything, and only 15 to the airport. Very convenient, quiet and cute.

Great stop!

My dog and I stayed here on our way to Sacramento from Eugene. It was a great place to spend the night and break up our trip. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked. It also was not too far away from shopping centers with a Trader Joe's and multiple restaurants. It's in a beautiful spot with a great view. Thank you Kylie!

I would stay here again :)

Property was a nice location to visit family in Jacksonville and friends in Medford. It was comfortable, quiet, bright and cheery. Would have liked a little more storage, somewhere to put my suitcase besides the floor or a dresser to put my clothes in and then tuck the suitcase away but it worked. More counter space in the bathroom would have been nice as well but again it worked out. Nice open parking and beautiful views.
