Perfect for family gatherings, and group retreats, or simply a serene escape into nature. Step into a world where tranquility meets adventure — picture yourself waking up to deer grazing just outside your window. Lace up your boots and wander down the scenic path to the lake, where your morning begins by the firepit, coffee in hand, and the soft rustle of the trees as your soundtrack.

Let the crisp breeze and golden morning sun wash over you as you explore the nearby creek or relax under the shade of towering oaks. Whether you're seeking quiet moments or quality time with loved ones, this peaceful retreat invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature. We are happy to announce our latest official 2026 Certified Wildlife Habitat® site with the National Wildlife Federation and Texas Conservation Alliance!

Check in is after 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. A valid photo ID is required via text PRIOR to arrival. We charge $35 per person ( above the max registered allowed guests/ outside visitor.All guests must be registered and paid for two days in advance, including any visitors. Military and police / fireman appreciation discount (ID req). We also provide a 20% repeat 5 star guest discount~we love our repeat visitors!

Spacious, Great Activities

Our group had a wonderful stay at Alma’s place. It was full of activities that keep you entertained for days. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Alma was a wonderful host as well, extremely accommodating of timing and even coming to the house to drop off extra grill supplies! Highly recommend staying here for your next group gathering.

The property was excellent, property manager had a wonderful personality for hospitality. Alma was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Property has sooo many amenities it was hard to engage everything in one visit. Had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it.

Very Relaxing Stay

I rented this house for out-of-town family coming in for my son's wedding in Magnolia. They really enjoyed their stay. They said it was a very nice property and they were able to relax and visit. So much better than getting a hotel.

Groomsmen From Out of Town

My son got married in Conroe. He, the groomsmen and all his family stayed here. We are all from out of town! It was very spacious. Everyone got to hangout prior to the big event while enjoying privacy as well. Everything was lovely. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Family Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at this ranch with an accommodating host. There's enough space inside and out for members of our family of all ages to electric slide or read at the firepit. It feels like you're in a remote area, but stores are just a mile away. We'll be booking again in Dec.

This is one of the best properties I've stay at. If you're looking for seclusion, relaxation, and enjoyment this is the spot. We were visiting Houston most of the time here but the 40 min commute is worth it becausewhen you finally arrive you feel AT HOME.
