Beautiful Home w/Pool & Separate Guesthouse on 6 Acres

Bring the whole family and your friends too! With accommodations for up to 32 guests, you`ll be able to spread out and relax in the main house, the backyard with pool and covered hot tub, and the guesthouse located just a stone`s throw away. This is a perfect place to get away while still being close to the city, the lake, and plenty of other amenities.

The listing includes the main house with 6 bedrooms (up to 22 guests), and the guesthouse with 3 bedrooms (up to 10 guests).

You`ll have full access to the house and pool, as well as the left portion of the guesthouse.

I live in the apartment on the right side of the guesthouse, and will usually be available to respond to issues. Please message us through the VRBO app for routine requests, or if it`s urgent, feel free to call the number in the app.

This property is at the back side of a subdivision, separated by trees along the sides of the property. It is secluded and quiet, and backs up to a wooded area.

NOTE: this is NOT a party house! We`re ok with gatherings of family and friends, but late-night loud music is not allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

If you need space for more than 32 guests, we may be able to accommodate up to 8 more guests at our nearby listing - just ask us! Extra guest charges apply for over 16 guests.
Events: we allow gatherings with family and friends during your stay. If your event includes guests who are not included in your guest list, we need to know approximately how many people and the times of your event. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Quiet hours outside are after 10pm on weeknights and after 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights (this means no loud music outside after those hours). If this rule is violated, you may be given a warning first, but if that is ignored or if one of the neighbors calls the police, your stay is subject to immediate cancellation without refund. Please inform the rest of your group about this.
