Conveniently located along walking paths, with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance, close to Pearl Street and Eldora Ski Resort and Estes Park.
Two pools (seasonal)and 3 tennis courts available.
2 dedicated workspaces with high speed internet, one can also be a bedroom.
On 4 levels our home gives you ample space to spread out, and comfortable
gathering spaces to connect. Our fenced in backyard provides opportunities to bird watch and enjoy the often blue sky days of Boulder.

We had a wonderful visit. Our host, Karen, was very responsive when we had a question. The home was very inviting and comfortable and had everything we needed (ample kitchen and bathroom supplies, clear instructions). The surrounding neighborhood was also very quiet and safe.

KSU football trip

Loved our stay. Place was clean with all the amenities! Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and enjoyed the outdoor backyard privacy. Clean and safe neighborhood with easy access to get around. Nice walking/biking trails and pickleball courts close by.

We came to Boulder for a wedding celebration and used this house as our base camp for our 3 generation family. This house has everything you need and is lovingly cared for by its owners. The artwork and photography and many shelves of amazing books were a bonus. The location was perfect and there was plenty of space for all of us to stretch out and relax. The staggered floor plan is just lovely. We would absolutely stay again without reservation.

Great house and location!

We stayed with my husband and my daughter's family. The house gave us room to spread out for sleeping, but room to gather for meals and time together. Access to the pool and tennis courts and bike path was great! Host was responsive to anything we needed and the house was well stocked with supplies! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Property in Boulder, CO

Gorgeous home in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood. Every convenience imaginable is included, and the home is so roomy and comfortable. You could not ask for a better location…10 minutes to anywhere in Boulder; 30 minutes to Eldora Mountain, 45 minutes to Denver, 50 minutes to Estes Park. Thank you so much, we really appreciate the hospitality!

Family Wedding Gathering Hub

Perfect place for our multi-household family to gather and celebrate a family wedding: grandparents with 3 adult children, their spouses and a toddler grandchild. Great location, cozy neighborhood (sadly we didn’t have time for all the amenities), comfortable home-away-from-home kitchen and especially loved the private backyard time! The garden, Aspens, and patio were perfect all times of the day!

Wonderful and cozy home

We loved our stay here! The home was perfect for us. We were there for a wedding and were able to use the home as a gathering spot to relax and also for wedding preparations. It was very clean, neat, and well stocked. The layout of the house worked out really well for us because we were two families so one family took the rooms upstairs and the other stayed downstairs. Karen was also very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Very nice home and close to the university.

We had everything we needed and more. The owner was very generous with offering almost everything in the home to us. I have to point out the very healthy spices and general food needs. Oils and cooking spices were available and appreciated. The bedrooms were spacious and 8 people fit very comfortably. All amenities were close to the house. Grocery stores, beverage stores and anything else you need is very close. It was nice to be able to park 2 cars there. We had a blast and could not have asked for more.

Home away from Home

This house is absolutely darling! It has an artistic feel that is filled with love and creativity! The photos don't do it justice. From the easy early communications to the check out, this was an A++ experience. The home itself is lovely. With several sitting rooms, and well appointed bedrooms + office space, there is a place for group activities as well as individual privacy. The kitchen was impeccably stocked, the personal spaces were exceedingly clean and also well stocked. The beds and linens were soft and COMFORTABLE! The backyard is gorgeous, and obviously a labor of love. It would be amazing in the warmer months for meditating, socializing or watching the darling wildlife. (We saw so many birds and it was October!) Very convenient proximity to the CU Campus, but still quiet and relaxing. One of my favorite stays, I can't wait to come back!

FABULOUS! More than 5 stars!

Karen's house is fantastic. It is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown (and really everything) without being in the constant bustle and crowds. We had 5 adults who all had their own space, bedroom and bathroom. Then we could all come together to watch TV on super comfy couches, a separate sitting/conversation room and kitchen. This house has any and everything you could ever want or need...including a CO rarity-AC! Karen is also super friendly, responsive and commutative. She even seved as our Boulder concierge including restaurant and services recommendations. We didn't have time away from Buffs game and hiking to use it, but the backyard is super spacious and includes a grill, firepit and sun chaises with umbrella. When we return to Boulder, Karen's house will be our home away from home. Book with confidence! Id give it more than 5 stars if that were an option.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful home in Boulder

Everything about this property was perfect for our group. We were a family of 5 plus 2 cousins (all adults) ranging in age from 20-69 in Boulder for a huge family wedding. We wanted a quiet oasis for our "down time" away from the big family group. There was plenty of room for sleeping, eating and hanging out. The kitchen is super well appointed, with everything we needed to create delicious meals. The hosts even accommodated us by leaving a folding table for us to use outside when we had a few extra visitors for dinner one evening! The yard is a lovely oasis. The location is very convenient. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants; ten minutes from downtown boulder, 10 minutes from family in Longmont and 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We also took a number of beautiful hikes in Boulder and Longmont, all within a short drive of the house. The only caveat I have is that if you have someone in your group with mobility issues, this is a multilevel house, so they must be able to manage stairs. I would definitely recommend this property and its hosts if you are looking for a beautiful house with both private spaces and comfortable spaces for gathering for meals and conversation.
