This second-floor condo keeps its classic ’70s mountain charm on the exterior, while the fully renovated interior is bright, modern, and filled with natural light. Enjoy a private balcony with views of the Flatirons and the Rocky Mountains.
The condo includes two covered parking spaces, one conveniently located right at the entrance, and access to a seasonal pool (open Memorial Day–Labor Day). A smart lock allows for easy, anytime check-in.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space where the living, dining, and fully stocked kitchen flow together, all with access to the balcony. The kitchen features full-size appliances, and coffee, tea, cream, and sugar are provided with each stay.
The condo offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a dedicated workstation, makeup mirror, window AC unit, fan, and baseboard heating. Bathrooms are stocked with toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, lotion, and a hair dryer.
Families are well accommodated with a pack ’n play, booster chair, children’s books, toys, and extra linens, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.

We had an amazing Easter weekend at this adorable condo. Lisa was great to work with. She put so much thought and effort into making a comfortable and welcome space for her guests. Excellent place to stay in Boulder. Condo was very clean and located close to everything. Owner was very responsive to questions. All the little extras is what made the stay great: coffee/tea and creamer provided and various toiletries including shampoo,conditioner and body wash made it that much more special than other places we’ve stayed in. Walden Ponds and the Shanahan trail are close and excellent for birding, easy to walk even if you are not used to the elevation.Highly recommend Postino, T/ACO, Avanti Center ( Rooted Craft Kitchen has an excellent burger) Overall couldn’t have had a better stay!

This condo is adorable and has everything our family of 4 could possibly want! Super comfy beds (even the bunk beds!) Nicely stocked kitchen- the air fryer was nice for quick meals! Close to amenities, hiking, climbing, swimming… Tubing on the river was a favourite! Highly recommend!

Stay was great. Check in was super easy. Place was clean, and Lisa was always available to answer questions right away. She did great! We would stay here again, but probably not with six people. My husband and I slept on the couch, which was fine because it was comfy, but this would fit 4-5 perfect. I also didn’t realize the laundry was not in the apartment. There is one located just a short walk in the complex. Overall, this was a great place to be! (Safeway is just across the street, so that was nice).

I love sitting on the deck with a glass of wine in the summertime. The fresh air and views are so invigorating that it becomes a favorite place to daydream about future adventures.
If you love good Mexican food and a margarita as much as I do, check out McDevitt's Taco Supply right around the corner. It has a fun atmosphere and great food.
Check out Pearl Street, it is an amazing place to feel the Boulder vibe.

- 4 miles to Pearl Street, get that real Boulder vibe feel.
- only 25 miles to Brainard Lake Recreation area. (known for Moose sightings)
- 47 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. Ohhh and if you do head towards RMNP, I highly recommend stopping into The Cherry Pie company in Lyons, you know that one with the red door. Yum!
- 28 miles to Red Rock Amphitheatre
