3 Bed, 3 Bathroom House with all the comfort, just in front of Plaza Bonita shopping center, with private parking and a block away of public transportation. The compound is peaceful and safe.

YouÂŽll have access to 2 pools, 2 hot-tubs, 2 tennis courts and a kids playground, there is a volleyball court. If you wish to do a BBQ, outside the pool you can make it.

Before going to bed, relax in the hot tub looking at the stars!
YouÂŽll feel like at home. All persons that have lived here have been very happy, we wish you will also be happy.

If you are visiting San Diego for pleasure or for work, with family or not, this house is conveniently located to be able to go in 15 minute drive to San Diego city center, to Coronado or in 15 minute drive to San Ysidro (border with Tijuana).

The hostess was very helpful! The townhouse was roomy and the queen bed extremely comfortable. I would have rated it a five star but the hot tub was out of commission, and I had really looked forward to relaxing in it!

The property is nice and spacious.Well equipped with towels for the bathrooms and blankets for the bedrooms the kitchen was good with the plates and pans.Liked the location because we just got on the highway and went everywhere.My only draw back was the baseboard were dusty and cobwebs in some corners, I’d wipe the doors down and put a rug in front of the entry door.I would return to this property again

Place was perfect for our family to celebrate our son’s deployment’s homecoming. Clean, had everything we needed, and conveniently located. Our host was responsive, flexible and accommodating when his ship was delayed causing us to need to change our reservation. We’d definitely stay here again when coming to visit!

Nice place, but needs work

Great location and good nieghbours. However, several issues impacted our stay: the Keurig coffee maker was broken, there was no shampoo in the condo, the sink garbage disposal was out of order, and the TV initially didn't work (I had to fix the antenna connection myself). Separately, I accidentally left the gate remote inside the condo one evening and couldn't get back in that night, which was my oversight. Despite these points, the place was quiet, and communication with Genoveva was excellent.

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The place is very very nice location saw the beach went to Seaworld. It was very nice. it was a perfect location between everything.

Great place to stay

We were very pleased with everything. Host was the best. Good location to all San Diego has to offer. We go every year to visit grand kids and this was a perfect place to do that. We will check to see if it is available for our next visit.

Very good communication from the host, prompt response to each of the questions. Very comfortable house with everything you need. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Quite satisfied!

Great Location

The four single beds are suitable for children but extremely uncomfortable for adults as mattresses are poor. The townhouse requires a thorough cleaning as there were silverfish insects in the lower cupboards and many of the lights did not work or had burnt out bulbs.

We had a great experience staying here. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbor's. Great location to get to almost everything in the San Diego area.

GroßzĂŒgige DoppelhaushĂ€lfte auf zwei Etagen

Schöne Wohnung bzw. DoppelhaushĂ€lfte. Ausreichend ausgestattet. Nur fĂŒr den Strandbesuch muss man sich entsprechend StĂŒhle und vor allem Schirme leihen bzw. wie wir kaufen. Es wĂ€re schön gewesen, diese im Haus zu haben. Gute Lage, nur ca. 15 km bis Downtown San Diego. Man ist schnell bei Walmart, ALDI etc. Auch zum schönen Strand Mission Beach ist es nicht weit. Ein Auto ist natĂŒrlich Voraussetzung.
