We had a wonderful stay in the villa, the host communicated exceptionally and made us feel very welcome. High quality finish and amenities provided. The property was clean throughout and spacious for our family of 5. We loved the view and access to a private pool. We would definitely stay again when visiting San Diego.

Everything was great. The house is very nice. Very spacious. My wife loved the kitchen and the living room design. Me too, of course. I love that you could see the ocean from outside. The pool was very relaxing. It looks like is a great neighborhood. The host is awesome. Easy to talk to (well, text to). Always available to answer any questions. Overall, an amazing experience for me and my family. We loved it.

Great central location to freeway, beaches, and food. Awesome view from the front porch. Kitchen had what you needed to cook a meal. Pool was perfect size for a quick dip.Property is listed as 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) but the third bedroom is disconnected from the home without a bathroom or window and many steep stairs to climb in the night if you need to use restroom. This property was perfect for a family of 4.

Absolutely perfect spot as our home base for our first trip to San Diego! The view was better than pictured, and the pool at the end of a long day of touring was just what we needed. Jesse was a great host and responded quickly with any questions we had. We hope to visit again!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! This house felt like home from day 1. It was beautiful, comfortable and inviting, and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do and see in San Diego. The views! The pool! The host! Jesse was so nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this property and host. Will stay again for sure. Thanks,Jesse, for a wonderful vacation and amazing memories!

The floors are absolutely filthy. The bottom of our feet are black. The furniture (cushions, sofa, bedding, rugs) are very old and have not been taken care of. The cleaning fee is 250 but it smells like they just doused the toilet in bleach. The pillows on the bed smell like someone else’s hair. The pool is odd, as there are steps to enter the pool off of the plastic deck, about 1.5’ above the pool itself, and it’s very slippery. There’s a nick in the pool edge that can be dangerous. The neighborhood is beautiful and so is the view and balcony off of the living room TV area.

We take tremendous pride in our home and the experience we provide our guests, so it's disheartening to see the property characterized this way. While we were responsive to your messages and concerns during your stay, we respectfully disagree with much of the assessment shared here. That said, we never dismiss feedback regarding cleanliness or safety, and we take those responsibilities seriously. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood, views, and balcony. They're some of our favorite things about the property, too! We genuinely love sharing this home with our guests, and our commitment to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable experience remains unchanged.

Jesse is a great host. Attentive, informative, and you can tell he cares. The property is mostly very clean. The linens all smelled wonderful. We personally didn’t think the beds were very comfortable but this is very subjective & different for everyone. The fact the third bedroom was totally disconnected from the rest of the house was a big bummer for us & for a family with young kids had us cramming together into the other 2 bedrooms. The listing also mentioned garage parking available but I think the only car that would fit under the garage door is a golf cart so we ended up having to park outside which was one of the things we were trying to avoid the most. However, even with those two semi-major issues, we still had a blast here. Just know you’re likely parking outside & the third bedroom is completely detached from the rest of the house & if that doesn’t bother you, this is a no brainer place to stay.

The stay was fantastic! The host was extremely accommodating and welcoming. He bent over backward to make sure our stay was the best it could be from beginning to end. The home has a spectacular living room and balcony view of Mission Bay and the ocean.
