DO NOT BOOK STAYS THAT BOOK INTO 2 MONTHS WITHOUT APPROVAL (example: 7/15-8/15). This property is only allowed monthly rentals. We do not break up prime months or overlap into multiple months that include a prime month (December-April, July & August).
Location Location Location best on Big Pine with it's unique ocean side direct access, Brand new heated and chilled in-ground pool overlooking sunsets on a double wide 75 foot, 12 feet deep canal 4 houses from open water. There is launch, marina, bait, fuel...all at the top of our canal.
We are a short, 20 minute boat ride to Loo Key past exclusive Little Palm Island channel. 20 minutes from Adolphus Busch wreck's top fishing spot. Great fishing, lobstering, crabbing right off the dock. Welcome to every fisherman and boater’s dream location!
This lovely staged 3bed 2bath home is perfect for up to 6 guests. Located at the top of our street is the bus stop to Key West (no need to fight for parking or worry about driving). We are practically walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants & shopping. Visit the key deer sanctuary on Big Pine Key or the brand new kayak park 1 block away (home feature 2 stand up paddle boards with attachable kayak seats. Only 7 miles to Bahia Honda state park and a short boat ride to Picnic Island. This is a 2nd home for us and the home is furnished and staged with quality/high end furnishings. We have 4 bicycles, 2 standup paddle boards, portable fire pit, corn hole, beach chairs & gear for guests use. Guests have use of the large driveway for parking trailers or RV,s, as well as use of boat lift (12,000lb/28ft max), and a fish/bait freezer in garage. Larger boats are free to tie up to the dock which features a cleaning station and space to fish off the dock.
We are PET FRIENDLY (approval & fee required) with a fenced yard.
Brand new in ground heated to 88 degrees designer pool (pool is ready for use while we complete landscaping and surrounding deck area). Enjoy el fresco dining on the extra large screened in lanai. Bedrooms can comfortably sleep 6 adults with 2 king sized bedrooms & the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin extra long beds that can be pushed together to form a 3rd king.

House was very clean, had everything we needed, kitchen stocked well, heated pool was absolutely awesome, screened porch lovely. Soft suggestion try to have ice maker on fridge in working order. Owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us Kelly and Walter it was wonderful.

Our December stay at Aquafina was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it was just the right size for our family of 4 plus my son’s girlfriend stayed a few days with us. The screen porch was perfect for morning coffee and watching the early fishing boats headed out. The dock was perfect for two 17’ boats, with a short canal out to the waterways. We spent a lot of time on the water. Pool was very nice and I can see where it would be very refreshing during the warmer months. Pool items, beach chairs, paddle boards, cornhole, bikes, etc for entertainment while at the house.The kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment but not cluttered with too much. Has pantry and shelf space for your items,As mentioned you do need to push table against wall for more walking space, but not a problem at all.The location is perfect on a deadend street and close to grocery, gas, marina, bait shop, restaurants.Owners were super accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Very helpful.We would definitely stay again.

Great get away

Great time as expected

The property was amazing. The house, canal and boat lift made our fishing and boating a breeze. I hope they're house is available next time were visiting. Also with any issues that came up which were not too many they were always available to answer questions.

Great house & location

Loved this house. 6 adults in our family and it worked great for us. Great location with easy boating access to both Gulf & Atlantic. Really enjoyed the newly installed pool everyday. It was great to just hang out by on the days we didn’t go out in the boat and was great to cool off in after a day in the boat. The poolshower was a bonus to rinse off in before and after the pool. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill family meals at the house. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing that was a small issue was when the dining table was pulled out the living area got tight but if we weren’t all sitting at the table we kept it pushed in and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home in paradise

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured. Everything looks brand new and is in pristine condition. Well stocked kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, dishes, etc that you could need. Pantry had some basics like salt & pepper and cooking oil, which is always appreciated. Both lanais are screened in and have tons of room. We spent most of out time at the home outside on the upper lanai. Kids loved the pool (temporary above ground pool until the inground pool is constructed). The garage was available for use, which you do not always find in vacation rentals. There were 2 paddle boards and some yard games available for use. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Location is convenient to Key West, Marathon, each about a 30 minute drive. Bahia Honda state park is very close and Blue Hole is on the same key. Kelly was very responsive and accommodating. Couldn't have been happier with the rental. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the lower keys.

The home was very nice, well stocked. I didn’t get from the listing there wasn’t a first floor or the only entrance was with stairs I should’ve known probably just my overlook. We had trouble with the boat lift a lot and with the price we paid for our stay we had hoped this would be a big part of it being able to use. We had to call about above ground pool being serviced and my husband wasn’t a fan of the grill however overall the home was clean, well stocked. There were 6 of us and to use the nice dining room table we had to move the couch over quite close towards TV shrinking the living room quite a bit. From the pictures the house did appear to be bigger. But I could’ve looked at sq. Footage etc. the owners were very responsive.

Construction nightmare

There was confusion as to the listing to start.The inground pool will not be installed untill the end of 2023. I did not want to be on vacation if there was construction of a pool on the site. I was told there would be an above ground pool installed for our use. A month later, a few days prior to our stay the pool had not yet been installed. I was told it would be installed in a few days. There was no pool when we arrived. They asked if I wanted them to proceed with the installation of the pool as it would only take a couple of days. I agreed. A load of sand was delivered, the fence was removed. (they were very accomodating as to the fence getting temporarily put up due to our dog)Finally1 man came with 1 shovel. He dug the first day he was not sure if he could install the pool himself. Obviousy we would not have a pool for our stay. The oweners offered to give us a 3 day discount for our inconvenience. This was also due to(out of their control)the nextdoor neighbor was under contruction on their dock and had jack hammering daily. Also being told it would only be 3 days. We had to leave the house daily due to the noise and we could not use the back yard. We asked for a refund and went to stay elsewhere. We were given a credit for the 4 days we left but no compaensaition for the 10 days with no pool as advertised. The house is nice, bring everything you need as they are new and do not have much. The neighborhood is just OK.

We love the resources Big Pine Key offers. Our location is fantastic for boating and fishing. We are located on a double wide, deep water canal with no boat size restrictions & full boating services located at the top of our canal. We have quick, direct access to both the Gulf & Atlantic. Key West is a short 30min ride making it close enough to venture in and out without having to stay with crowds & noise. Our Big Pine home is 7 miles from the best beach in the Keys (Bahia Honda) & walking distance to the brand new Kayak Park, Bike Paths, restaurants & shopping plus so much more.

We love to boat, dive & fish and there is no place better for all then the Keys! Our canal is twice as wide as most in the Keys. We are a short 5-10 min direct ride out to open water.
Big Pine is conveniently located in the middle of Marathon & Key West. The Key West bus stop is at the top of our street for easy access to the keys without having to worry about driving & parking. The Miami & Lauderdale airports offer Greyhound bus service right to Big Pine Key so no long drives to pick up visitors! Big Pine Key offers grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and restaurants not found in many of the Keys.
