The Roscoe Village Brownstone

Located in a village within the city of Chicago, welcome to "The Roscoe Village Guesthouse" at the corner of Roscoe and Damen. We are in the heart of Roscoe Village and walking distance to the CTA brown line train. We are less than 1 mile west of Wrigley Field and a 30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. Right outside your door are restaurants & boutique shopping Plenty of free street parking around the house.

With 3 bedrooms, we offer 2 full beds and 1 queen size bed. Two bedrooms have large closets. All bedrooms have a nightstand and or dresser with a lamp. There is a work area with a desk that has height adjustment for sitting or standing. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. A dishwasher is also available for use. The back area has a large washer and dryer which is free to use. The unit also offers 600 mps WIFI. Currently there is one 55" smart tv in the apartment. The Bakeshop Chicago occupies the store front of the building. The Bakeshop is a café that offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This is very convenient. There are also restaurants on each side of the building. Excellent area!

My family stayed here for 4 nights to attend wedding activities and had a great time. From making the reservations, to check in, and to check out, was smooth and easy. Contact with the host was timely with very clear instructions and helpful information. This is a historical home that has been updated, keeping the bones, flooring and trim of the original building. It is a lovely mix. The place was spacious, had 3 bedrooms with generous closets, a modern full bath with fluffy clean towels, modern full kitchen for meal prep and clean up, an eat in kitchen and a separate dining room when all is of were together for a meal, a separate living room with a tv and large comfortable sectional that seated us all. The beds were comfortable with soft, clean linens and comforters and we enjoyed the extras of shampoo/conditioner in the bath.This is a great location! Several restaurant options just outside the door. Close to buses and just a short walk to the train. We would stay here again if we return to Chicago! Thank you!

This is a great place to stay. Our host, Jed, communicated well and the instructions to get in were spot on. The home was very clean and had great amenities. The area is charming; great restaurants and dining options, cute and walkable neighborhoods, free street parking, a 24-hour convenience store, and amazing thrift shop within a block. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

This property is in a good location, was clean, and had necessary supplies. Rooms are small, but we made the space work for our needs. It’s a good place to stay if you’re going to be busy exploring the Chicago area. Good number of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Owner was responsive and helpful.

Would get again, plenty of room to have pizza, play board games, chill out. Tons of great shops and places to eat nearby. Literally an excellent breakfast and coffee place directly below! And very clean.

Weekend Away!

A couple friends and I stayed @ The Roscoe Village Brownstone and it was perfect! The location could not have been better, the place was stocked well and very clean and we had an unexpected small hiccup and the owner was not only easy to contact but took care of it immediately! Definitely keeping it on my list of revisits for sure!

Great location

Came in from Detroit to catch a Tigers/Cubs game . Love the quaintness of Roscoe Village will definitely come back and recommend this apartment ! Lots of character and charm .

This location was so amazing, we walked to Wrigley
train was so close and convenient. The dining in the area was so good! The place was perfect for our needs. Jedidiah, the host was amazing. Communication was easy and he went above and beyond-finding us beach towels! I would definitely book again!
