Positives: The apartment was very pretty and clean.  Location is very good.  Beds are comfortable.  Quiet despite being on a busy street.  Host Ola is very responsive.  Some limitations: 4th bedroom has a broken futon.  Only one bathroom.  Only one closet.  Kitchen is sparsely provisioned: Silverware drawer has only 3 teaspoons, only 3 wine glasses, 4 mis-matched coffee mugs, no sugar, no salt.  Broken towel rack in bathroom.  No extra bed linens or blankets.  Washer not working.

Enjoyed our visit overall. Ola was great with her communication. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected, with little-to-no closet space. But it is a very old home, so these things happen.

Ola was an amazing host and so communicative and helpful. We loved the condo and the location. It's an amazing value for a family traveling and it was so cute and very clean. I would definitely return on my next trip back to Chicago!

This apartment was very clean, with an excellent kitchen and bathroom. Having an off-street parking spot was a real benefit. Check-in was very easy. The location was excellent: easy to get to and centrally located on a major street and near restaurants, grocery store, etc.Our only issues were the lack of closet space (only one room had a closet in it) and there was not enough seating in the living room to accommodate all four people in our party at the same time. (One of the chairs shown in the picture was missing.)

Place needs a good clean, the doors and etc are just thick dirty. The entry hallway has these awful air fresheners. There are broken things left and right. Kitchen was missing a outlet faceplate, the bathroom just had holes were the toilet paper holder was. Towel holder falling off the wall. One room with no functioning overhead light. No functioning fan in the bathroom. One of the couch beds in the “game room” has a broken leg so you have to balance it just right after you turn it into a bed. And lastly a broken faucet. The foosball table is a joke and shouldnt be a feature on the listing. Lastly, bring your reading glasses for the many little paragraphs taped to the walls.

10/10 Perfect Place!

My wife and adult kids (Ages 18 and 20) were in Chicago for a few days to watch the Cubs and do some shopping. This was literally a perfect location. I spent several days researching VRBO's for the trip that would allow to walk to Wrigley, have a parking spot, yet allow us to move around the city from a good location. This was better than I would have thought. The walk to Wrigley was easy and safe. The parking spot behind the home was a huge bonus. The beds are comfortable and there was enough room for all four us. The communication with the owner was by far the best I have had when dealing with a VRBO. Every time I reached out with a question, I received an answer back immediately. The responses were quick, pleasant, and provided everything I needed to know. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO's now that our kids have gotten older. This one exceeded all expectations and was by far the best communication I have experienced. If you are looking for a place to be near Wrigley Field or a just a place to be comfortable within this area, this is THE place! I would absolutely recommend this and will absolutely rent again if in the area!

Great stay

We had a fantastic stay at Ola’s property during our visit to Chicago! The home is located in a nice neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming, and it was convenient. We were within 5 miles of many of the city’s top attractions.Ola was a great hostess as she was responsive, kind, and attentive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. She made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.We would stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago!

My family stayed here while vacationing. The property was great. My children enjoyed the foosball table and there was ample space for their everyone. During our stay the AC went out. Our host was very quick to send someone for repair and effectively communicated updates.

Our stay was super good and we enjoyed everything. I would just like to let you know that the light bulb in the living room burnt out and the toilet paper and paper towel holders in the bathroom must’ve loosened off of the wall and just hung down a bit. All in all we were very impressed with this property. Thank you

Excellent and Economical Family Weekend

My extended family gathered in Chicago for a family event. Renting 3 or 4 hotel rooms would have cost thousands of dollars, and we’d hardly have spent time together aside from the event itself. I stumbled across this VRBO rental with 4 bedrooms, which was just the right size. It brought our combined costs down to a very reasonable price and provided ample opportunity to hang out together playing games, talking, and laughing. When we arrived, we were disappointed to realize one of the rooms had a futon type couch instead of an actual bed, but that was our fault for misunderstanding the listing. The bedrooms don’t have closets which bothered a couple of members of our party, but not a big deal in the grand scheme. On our first morning, we made coffee and found the carafe had a leak. I informed Ola, and someone arrived with a new pot within an hour. Overall, our stay was amazing, and I highly recommend this unit. Thanks Ola and team!

Nice place in great location with parking

Exactly as described. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Perfect location to tour local colleges and see sights. Parking spot is a huge plus. Great shower and convenient in unit laundry. Easy to check in and out. Highly recommend.

Indiana Family in the Windy City

The property was exactly as pictured and described. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed walking it and exploring the area. Ola was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!! All in all, a great time was had and we would definitely rent this property again.

Cute Place, Great Location.

Place was clean and easy to find. Within walking distance to a grocery store. The pull out bed was not what I was expecting and smaller than i thought it would be given the discription. However it worked out just fine. Owners were easy to communicate with and answered questions quickly. Overall great place and would stay there again!

Great location / Very Clean

It's a good place to stay. I loved being in the city, and easy to walk to many places. Quiet. Parking is tight, but at least there is a place.
