Your basement 1k sqft suite features a private entrance, 1 Master Queen, 2nd BR/Office, Dining, Kitchen, and more. Three beds total, comfy living room with 65"tv and foosball! Off street parking for 1, and your own patio with fire pit.

You will be located just a five minute walk from Hayden Homes and the Old Mill dining and shopping, the Deschutes river trail, and you'll enjoy quick access to everything Central Oregon offers. In the summer and fall you can enjoy concerts at the nearby Hayden Homes Amphitheater. In the winter, you're on a direct route to Mt. Bachelor, snow parks, and everything in between.

For your convenience we utilize smart locks, connected home tech to play music or get weather and even control the heat. A/C is for the whole house, but we are happy to respond to any preference.

In the expansive living room, the 4K 65" TV w/ soundbar has YouTube TV and capable of screen sharing/casting over the wifi network. There's an awesome Bean Bag that converts to a bed, a pull out sofa, mini foosball/table tennis/pool table, and collection of games for family fun.

Your kitchen is complete with dishwasher, inductive stove top, countertop over/air fryer, microwave and more. The coffee station includes a Keurig/Drip coffee maker and hot water kettle.

A full shower/bath with a heated toilet seat, and the study includes a workspace ready with a provided monitor and HDMI cable.

Once your adventures are complete for the day you will find a well-appointed bedroom and comfy queen bed and all the comforts (space heater for supplemental heat, sound machine/alarm, extra blankets, pillows, and storage)
