Ce condo doux et ensoleillé est au dernier étage d'un complexe riverain du centre-ville de Bend. À seulement 2-3 p�����tés de maisons du centre-ville de Bend, vous adorerez vous rendre �� pied aux endroits emblématiques de Bend, à votre guise. La rivi��re Deschutes borde le complexe. Tous les merveilleux magasins et restaurants du centre-ville de Bend sont si proches.

C'est un excellent emplacement en centre-ville. Ce complexe ferm�� est situé sur le sentier de la rivi��re Bend qui serpente à quelques rues au sud du centre-ville et au nord des bords d�����Awbrey Butte. Votre «jardin» est Pioneer Park, à côt����. Le parc Pioneer se trouve sur la rivière Deschutes avec des abris de pique-nique et beaucoup de pelouse verte pour un pique-nique ou une pièce de théâtre.

Il y a un lit king size, des draps de haute qualité et de la literie pour le canapé-lit fourni. Vous adorerez la cuisine bien équipée si vous prévoyez préparer vos propres repas. Vous trouverez de nombreux outils de cuisine dans cette cuisine bien approvisionnée. Il y a des si��ges confortables dans la salle à manger pour 4 personnes. Des épices et des huiles sont également fournies.

Le charmant espace de vie vous accueille avec une cheminée à gaz, une télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit queen-size confortable et moderne, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, des jeux et des livres. Le salon et la chambre �� coucher sont chauffés et refroidis avec d'excellentes pompes à chaleur murales, ce qui signifie que vous ��tes au chaud et au chaud en hiver et que vous avez une climatisation en été quand vous en avez besoin!

Si vous souhaitez explorer les quartiers de poche à l'ouest, ces quartiers (Old Mill, Galveston Ave et Newport Ave) sont tous proches et facilement accessibles en voiture.

Ce grand condo n'a pas de voisins ci-dessus. S'il vous plaît noter que le condo est un accès d'escalier (pas d'ascenseur), mais la mont��e en vaut la peine! Vous êtes récompensé par deux balcons donnant sur la cour centrale. Vous serez niché dans la cime des arbres avec les oiseaux qui pépient. Quelle belle perche au dessus de tout ça!

Les deux salles de bains sont spacieuses et tr��s propres avec des combinaisons baignoire / douche. Votre condo est approvisionné en savons et shampooings écologiques. Une laverie à pièces est située au premier ��tage et vous êtes la bienvenue. Si vous apportez du matériel d'extérieur, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas de stockage sécuris�� au premier étage.

Les heures de repos dans la ville de Bend sont de 22h à 8h et sont appliquées, de même que les directives de Bend sur le bon voisinage et les r��gles relatives aux obligations de logement pour Pioneer Park. The host was very welcoming with a variety pack of coffee, chocolates and more! The place had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything was very comfortable! We would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for the two of us! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do, no more than a 10 minute drive or walk. The condo was nicely furnished. We would recommend this condo!

Lovely Bend accommodation

Great location with free parking, very close to the Deschutes River Trail, and about a 15 min walk to downtown Bend. Spacious condo with large master bedroom, 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. More affordable than other options in downtown Bend. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Love this condo

The bed was perfect! We have had great locations with horrific beds. All was perfect here with a beautiful park and river walk. Close enough to walk to Wall Street and Bond street !

Great visit!

We love Bend and were happy to return for a few days. The place is located conveniently near downtown. You can walk along the river right into the heart of downtown. The property mgrs were excellent, responsive and kept us informed. The space itself was clean, modern and had all that we needed. We'd definitely stay there again!

Location! Location!

Perfect location just north of downtown and walking distance of everything you’ll need - shops, great restaurants, etc. The best part of the Deschutes River is just outside your doorstep with river access for swimming in summer. The condo is comfortable and equipped with the simple necessities.

Easy walk to downtown!

The unit is very walkable to downtown and a few of the other commercial hubs (e.g., restaurants, cafes) in the more residential areas across the river. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings. Diana and team were responsive to communications. .

Spacious condo in the heart of Bend

We had a fantastic time at our condo! It was in an excellent location for walking to restaurants and breweries, and a quick drive to Mount Bachelor for skiing. The condo itself was extremely nice and stocked with everything we needed, from shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom to cooking utensils in the kitchen. The bed was massive and very comfy as well. Communication with the hosts was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Bend is fun

A Stones Throw bungalow is clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. It's close to everything and walkable to the park, river and downtown. The building is older, a third floor walk up, but that was not a problem for us. Thank you for a great place.

Great location next to a park on the Deschutes River. Easy walk into downtown. Comfortable king size bed. Only complaint: no dishwasher. We just ate breakfast there but if I had decided to cook, I would like a dishwasher

Bend NYE

We came to Bend to catch a show at the Midtown Ballroom and ski Mt Bachelor. The location is an easy walk into downtown Bend. The condo was very comfortable with a cozy gas fireplace. There are three apartment style condo buildings at the address so a small amount of confusion finding the right one at first, but other than finding the right building, check in was a breeze!

Cute and comfy

The condo was nice, it backs up into a park along the river. We stay at vacation rentals frequently and I have to say, this kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've seen. It had a lot of different spices, oils, cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware, cutting boards, etc., it was great! It wasn't the most peaceful place, there were some rowdy neighbors on Saturday night and it's very close to train tracks and the train goes by, blowing it's whistle in the middle of the night. We also had an issue with the freezer, but the property manager sent someone to repair it the same day. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Good location, bring a fan...3.5 stars

Location is good, but the a/c didn't work and we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Temps were well into the 90's and we sent a couple texts to management to help, but never got a response. There were fans in the room, so that helped. Also, read your contract...if you want to shorten the trip and stay less nights on the backside, you will be paying for the nights you reserved. Really only sleeps 3 unless you can fit 2 people on the pull out couch.

Bend Condo

We had a great stay at the Riverside Condo. It was close to downtown but in a very quiet and peaceful location next to Pioneer Park. This is a modest accommodation and well priced. Good Wifi. Convenient parking. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Bend experience!

Everything about our stay was better than hoped for. Check in instructions were clear and provided well in advance. Owner followed up to see how check in and stay were going. Location was adjacent to great park and walking distance to many dining options. Place was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely recommend and return to visit.
