Location was perfect. Quiet and comfortable. Close to every where we were running around doing and family and friends. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable in this unit, my son loved having his own room. We would stay here every time we visit CT. When we addressed an issue Eddie replied almost immediately and when he couldn’t reach me through the app he sent a text message which is very appreciated. Thank you Eddie for letting us stay at your property.

Very cozy

They did a great job renovating. The house was super clean and exactly what my family needed coming into town for a family reunion. We will definitely stay again when coming back to Bristol.

Beautiful Rental

My stay here was amazing.Very clean.Very welcoming with a forever homely feel.The communication with the property owner/manager was great and very helpful with everything.When i return to Connecticut,I will be looking forward to returning to this rental and also recommending to family and friends if traveling to the area.5*

Perfect!

Very clean and comfortable apartment! Needed to stay a couple of nights in Bristol to help my brother who recently had a kidney transplant. Pet friendly and close to restaurants and shopping. The owner Eddie was very responsive and friendly.

A great place for a family of four

Eddie provided a great place to stay. He also provided many extras from coffee, tea, bottled water, chips, chocolate, and a wide range of toiletries. Super clean and easy entry/exit. Close to local dinning and the Bristol hospital. Well done!

Great stay

We were in Bristol for a conference. This duplex turned out to be perfect for our two night stay. The property has been totally updated. It’s very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues.

Wonderful and dog friendly!!

This property was amazing. We had our two kids (11 & 14) and our dog. Beautiful house, it was super clean and organized. They had it stocked with just about anything you would need for the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. Even had bottled water, sodas, and snacks in the fridge. It was a quiet street and we walked to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. Perfect location and highly recommend this place.

Nice 2 family residence

Very clean 1st floor apartment in a nice neighborhood. Queen bed very comfortable. Nice that the air conditioners were turned on for us before we got there. Could use better lighting on the right side of the house where the walk is to get to the front door. Would use property again.

New Year’s Eve

For us, this was a perfect location. Close enough to our friend’s house so we could check in on the pups periodically, close to restaurants. Very clean, well stocked with towels and accessories. Nice sized rooms. Great living room space. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Great yard space with lighting!!

5 night stay

My wife and I were in the area for a cycling event nearby. We stayed 5 nights. The weather had been warm the last few days but the apartment was so cool when we entered. We did a quick tour before unloading our gear to find everything in its place. The apartment was clean and cozy. Nice furnishings and all the appliances you would want. We did a couple for longer walks in the area and there are parks and paths and felt safe the whole time

The Rental Property was immaculate. The host supplied the unit with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Plenty of towels Washer & Dryer .... Everything is NEW dishes, glasses, appliances, good size Living Room & Bedrooms...Pleanty of Blankets and Quilts etc. Parking on premises and nicely decorated. The best part of the rental is the Host Eddie You can tell he takes of everything...The worst part of it was I couldn't stay longer. But we'll be back in the near future. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Eddie Richard Haley
