The perfect choice for a honeymoon getaway or a visit to the mountain with 2 couple or 2 small families. Enjoy mountain views with gathering in the great room or on the covered deck. Relax in the 101 degree hot tub with mountain views. Watch a move in the theater room with 9 foot theater screen. Kids will enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or a game on the multi-cade arcade game in the loft game room. Gather in the dining area after preparing meals in the full kitchen. Retire to one of the 2 king suites, 1 with jetted tub. 2 Sleeper sofas are good for the kids.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. This experience with Elk Springs Resorts has become our favorite. When you don’t wake up to a Mountain View on a daily basis this cabin will just amaze you. The cabin was clean, spacious, and loaded with a game room/entertainment center to keep your family entertained for hours all while looking at the view! Cabin #25, we will be back again!

The cabin has everything you could want, and is very spacious with the cutest bear decor! We loved all the game room amenities and the theatre room. Everything worked well and was very clean (though I wish the large windows in the dining area were wiped clean from previous little guests' sticky hands and nose prints). We would definitely stay at this cabin again, it was perfect!

From the easy no contact check-in to our simple text check-out, Elk Springs Resort was easy to work with and super responsive! The area is beautiful and the cabin was conveniently located to access everything you're looking for in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The views were amazing, the game room was fun, the Hot Tub was fun and the cabin was clean. The Theater room was perhaps a little cramped and not necessarily intuitive, but we got it figured out. Can't overstate the excellent customer service! One of the maintenance team needed to stop by to help us get the hot tub going and he was super helpful and personable. The whole family had an amazing time!

Great view but not Luxury

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin has a fantastic view (even with dirty windows), but it's not quite appointed with luxury features. The linins were cheap, the floor apparently leaks (per a warning sign in the bathroom). One of the TV's on a timer and most have lots of remotes you have to navigate to make the work. The Theater included more warnings about penalty fines then instructions. On the plus side, we had an issue with heat, the service showed up quickly and fixed it immediately. So fantastic location, but needs a bit more TLC from the owners to be worth the price

Beautiful clean cabin, great views...minor maintenance issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin amenities live up to the listing photos. The floor plan was ideally situated for two couples or a family with kids: one bedroom and en suite bathroom per floor, and the game room on the loft level. We've rented different cabins in the Gatlinburg area, and this was the cleanest one we've stayed in. Main floor and loft furniture were in great shape, with gorgeous mountain views. One star off, however, for the lower level minor maintenance issues. The downstairs fridge smelled very mildewy, so we ended up not using the fridge and bar area. The movie equipment wasn't configured right, e.g. projection was crooked and incorrectly sized. My first load of laundry using the washer and dryer resulted in mildewy-smelling clothes, so I ended up spending 2 hours cleaning out the washer, digging out big wads of wet accumulated lint from the spinner, then running cleaning cycles with bleach. (Which did the trick.) I booked the cabin expecting to use the laundry to wash our hiking and swim gear, so it wasn't ideal to do maintenance work on vacation. On Day 3 of our stay, giant ants started appearing in the lower level bathroom, and steadily streamed in for the rest of our stay.
