Brentwood Oasis

Property housed about 2/3 of the attendees of a college reunion. Great location with lots of rooms. Big common spaces for sitting and eating and very big kitchen. Would rent again if we did it again.

Hockey rinks and Honky Tonks

We traveled to Nashville for a hockey tournament. This was the perfect property for our hockey families. All of the comforts of home, plenty of space for five families, and the perfect location close to the rinks and downtown Nashville. The property manager was lovely, accommodating, and very easy to contact. Thank you for a memorable trip to Nashville!

We originally booked this reservation for Friday 11/7-Monday 11/10. We arrived late Friday night and noticed the home to have a For Sale sign in the front yard. When we pulled up the residence was painted over in white making it look nothing like the pictures associated with its listing. Respectfully, the exterior and brick/stone work is what initially caught my attention to even look at this listing. When we went inside the home which felt abandoned with the bare minimum present, certainly not like a hospitable expected VRBO home. The downstairs of the property did present itself well minus many of the light switches not functional along with the main overhead entry light flickering. The upstairs appeared to be stripped down and not an area in which I wanted my soon to be bride and her guests staying in before our wedding. When I immediately reached out to the host Friday night to voice my concerns they advised me the house being painted over in white should have not been an issue, even though it falsely represented the property listed on your site and merely mirrored its Zillow listing. I kindly asked the host if there was anyway they could help me cancel the reservation, I even stated I would pay for the first night on Friday. It was not cancelled, I did not stay any of the nights, and I was accused of hopefully not using it for my wedding reception which I knew was against their policy. This was incredibly unprofessional host and I'm kindly requesting a refund if possible

Not what i siigned on too

Pictures deceiving. Not clean. Half light switches not working. Many lights out. Garbage disposal not working. Air conditioning a mess. Dirty under beds. Long hair from show floor stuck to walls while they were cleaning. Water in a shower shook the wall. No soap in kitchen or laundry. How would not communicate via phone or answer voice mails. Centipedes in bathroom. Home appears ro be half remodelled Extremely disappointed !
