Welcome to your enchanted farmhouse retreat, situated on 11 acres on a nature-wrapped escape just 5 minutes to Leiper’s Fork, 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, and 40 minutes from Nashville. This peaceful countryside home with wraparound porch sleeps 10-12 and is ideal for large families, friends, and guests attending nearby weddings or events, or just wanting to spend some time in nature on a beautiful piece of land. Since Nashville is only 40 minutes away, some of the best nightlife in the country is minutes away. 

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has room for everyone, featuring two inviting living rooms, one with a fireplace, a billiards room off the main living room, a cozy sitting room with amazing views of the entire property including the creek and barn, and a separate den with a pullout couch for additional guests. 2 dining rooms, One of the king bedrooms includes a trundle bed and a kids’ play area, equipped for families traveling with little ones.

The farmhouse kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and gathering, complete with a double oven, gas appliances, and everything you need to make memorable meals at home. The property also offers AT&T high-speed wireless internet and Starlink, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity throughout your stay.

Jen was a wonderful host. Communication was easy and she was helpful in every way. This was the best stocked kitchen of any vrbo we have stayed at. The property is gorgeous and has absolutely everything you could ask for. The creek will be a lasting memory for the kiddos in our family and we are hoping to schedule a return visit.

This house is absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed the grounds, creek, woods, hot tub, and pool table. I enjoyed the clean and uncluttered house: everything was so cozy and there was everything you could possibly need. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. So close to Liepers Fork and Franklin, that my family didn’t even desire a trip into Nashville, because there was everything here with which they were content. I can’t wait to stay here again.

This property and the Hosts we cant say enough good about!! WOW. Our stay exceeded all our expectations. We were welcomed with the most beautiful property, GORGEOUS house, grounds and a welcome basket. The hosts continually checked in on us making sure we had everything we needed and to even give info on the property and the amenities to make our stay the best. We were in Franklin for our sons wedding so this place was a perfect home to have our adult kids and us all together. This home is huge and perfect rooms for everyone to feel comfortable. We had sing a longs at the fire pit, dinners in the beautiful kitchen and watched the World Cup in the large family room with everyone able to fit. Renting this property, you wont be disappointed. The Hosts and this property are top notch in every way!! Thank you to the gracious hosts for making our week priceless!!

We had a fantastic visit! Our entire family loved exploring inside and out. Our children especially loved the creek and hot tub! The kitchen was well-stocked as was the rest of the house and it made it very easy to feel at home. It’s well decorated and very comfortable. The outdoor spaces were impressive and you feel very immersed in nature with the sounds of birds, blooming trees, and butterflies. The owners were very responsive to our questions and you can tell they really take care of the property and have pride in ownership. It’s very convenient to Leipers Fork and you can get to other places within Franklin in 15-20 mins. We hope to return!

This home exceeded our expectations. And we have high ones! The location of the property was convenient to Franklin, Leipers, and Cool Springs. The beds were so comfortable, there were towels left for us by the back door for the hot tub (which was nice and hot waiting for our arrival), and the hosts even left sweet gifts to make our stay even more special. We watched movies in front of the fire and enjoyed watching nature out of all the huge windows in every room. We will be returning in the future!

Gorgeous large home with five indoor places for groups to meet in comfy chairs or play billiards or board games, plus two large dinner tables. Outdoors...big front porch with rocking chairs, fire pit, hot tub, and lots of places to walk along trees and small creek. Incredible place! Great kitchen for cooking big meals, or small! Lots of parking. Lots of gorgeous trees! Our group of 9 adults had fun for five nights. Host always responded immediately and offered any help we needed. If you have a group larger than 9, and you'll be cooking and eating together at the house, ask the host to confirm count of everything you'll need including dishes, utensils and cooking equipment. Our Android phone users had more difficulty connecting but eventually connected and worked well. Thank you for hosting our great large group experience!
