Karen is a great host and this is a fantastic property! Spacious ranch house and outdoor area. The sleeping and lounging area at one end of the home was perfect for our son and his family which included 3y/o and 14 month girls. 3 large bedrooms at the other end of the home provided peace and quiet. Very quiet home in spite of the busy street in front. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a great location in Franklin. We had my son’s family of four, my daughter and her fiancĂ© along with my wife and me. The house had 4 bedrooms and three baths. One of the bedrooms was perfect for my son’s family. The house was well set up and the host communication was great. I would stay again!

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to take nice walks in the morning and there is a Kroger just across the street. The house has lots of space with an open layout that is very nice when sharing space with both friends and family. We slept 8 comfortably. The outside space is nice with chairs available and lots of space not on top of neighbors.

In the heart

This is a very big ranch home, very suitable for older people and for children. it has been tastefully decorated and everything you would need has been provided. There is a Starbucks across the street as well as a Kroger. You can get where you need to because this house is in the heart of it all.The outdoor spot was also very green with birds and a bunny. Great place to stay.

We used the house for a business meeting. Plenty of room for 5 guys. Had time and space to relax and still get work done. Fantastic restaurants a mile away.

Have a wonderful relaxing weekend at the property . Very convenient for Mall shopping as well as the wonderful downtown shops in Franklin. Very quiet and private backyard to eminence with sisters and friends !!

Great stay in Franklin

We loved staying at this house. It was very convenient to downtown and had a nice backyard with corn hole to play. The house itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We had two families staying and we all had space to spread out or be together.

The pictures on the website are accurate. The house is great! It is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. I can't think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Karen is lovely to work with, leaving a sweet, welcoming message. The house instructions are clear and concise. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this home! It was convenient to the center of town and other great spots in Franklin and Karen was extremely responsive. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Check in and check out were very easy.

The house was more than large enough to accommodate our group. The kitchen was very functional and close to the dining area. The house was in a great location for walking, visiting the shops and downtown Franklin.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice house. Owner was great to communicate with. Location was on a fairly busy street, but we could not hear traffic or street noise. Walk to Franklin’s “center” was a bit farther than expected but drive was easy. Did not expect to have to wash the towels before we left. All in all, would stay again.

BEST stay in Franklin!

We love coming to Franklin, TN and this home is by far, the best place we have stayed! It was perfect and made our stay amazing! Close to downtown Franklin, right in the heart of everything, plenty of room to spread out and very private... Loved this property and will definitely return our next visit!
