Relax and enjoy Memphis in this spacious, centrally located home. With space to sleep up to 10 people, this place is perfect for any large group looking to explore the area or to simply to enjoy time together. Located in Midtown, exploring everything in Memphis is just a short drive away.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is great for large groups of up to 10 people.

Each of the 3 bedroom contains a queen bed. The entertainment room has doors, which allow for the room to be converted into a 4th private sleeping area with the sleeper sofa. Lastly, a self-inflated air mattress is provided for use in the common space in the living room.

This lovely 1940s home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The entertainment room with a pool table, large screen TV, board games, and provided snacks will ensure your group has a great getaway!

This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is located just a few blocks from Rhodes College and Overton Park. Our neighbors (along with us) take a lot of pride in their neighborhood and keeping the neighborhood a beautiful, safe place. We expect guests to help maintain the high-quality of the neighborhood by respecting quiet hours and we do not allow gatherings of any kind.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras mounted on the outside of the home at each entrance to the home. These cameras are not pointed in towards the home and are for security reasons.

Great House with lots of room

This house was great for my family (6 of us) and the neighborhood is very quiet. There was plenty of space for everyone and our youngest 2 had fun playing hide and seek each evening. The house is older, but very well taken care of and was incredibly clean. There is abundant room in the kitchen and the appliances are fairly new. The game room and pool table made for some family fun to wind down the night. It is also just a short drive from a lot of Memphis attractions.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Check-in was a breeze and our stay was lovely. We typically aren’t people that stay in but our youngest ended up with an earache so the pool table and televisions came in handy to make our evening in pleasant.

Great house for 3 adults

We had a very nice stay here on our national motorcycle trip. The host was extremely helpful and responded through the app in minutes every time. The bedrooms were excellent and the pool table was a bonus! Of note, it looks like there is a garage in the back, but you could think of it more as a three-sided carport (no garage door). We looked, and that's not unusual to the neighborhood, but it was unusual to us. Nobody bothered our motorcycles, but they were visible from the street. That said, the listing never called it a "garage", just that it had off street parking, so the listing was spot-on.Good experience overall, and a nice place to stay!

This home was a great house for our family birthday celebration. The youth enjoyed the game room the most and the adults love to have a separate area to chill while kids played in the game and there isn’t tv. Very spacious home everyone slept comfortably.

We came in to celebrate my Dad's 70th Birthday. We went to Graceland, Sun Studio, Beale Street, and a Grizzlies game. The property is clean and conveniently located for everything we wanted to do.

Rhodes baseball weekend

We enjoyed staying close to Rhodes College (about 1-2 mile) with some other baseball parents. The home is a quaint older home, the neighborhood was quiet, and being so close to Rhodes was great. We also took the opportunity to check out Overton park for a morning walk. And the restaurants that are close by like Huey’s(with live music) made the weekend even more fun. Our host kept in touch with us throughout the weekend ensuring that all our needs were met. Memphis treated us well.

Host is great

This host was wonderful, accommodating, and quick with replying. The house is decent but not a lot of bells and whistles. There was no laundry soap for example. But the pool table was fun and the location was perfect for where we were going. The listing for sleeping 10 people is a bit misleading. There are three bedrooms that easily sleep two adults per bed and a pull of couch that can fit another two adults so I’d say it sleeps 8. We had small children so we got more in each bed so we were ok. But I don’t feel it sleeps 10.

Graceland visit

Great house for a memphis trip! So close to so much, nothing felt far away. Lots of good little places to eat close by, Overton Park offers so much and it was just around the corner. Positive experience, host was great!

Close to a Great Zoo!

My kids loved the pool table and the house was cute! The surrounding area seemed a little sketchy but the neighborhood the house is in felt safe. The zoo is just a few minutes aways and one of the best we've been to!

Our property is located just a short walk from Rhodes College and a very short drive to Overton Park. This park includes Memphis Zoo, Overton Shell, Memphis Art Museum, and many amazing public trails, parks, and places to spread out and enjoy the beautiful southern weather.
