The house was fine very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Had a problem with WiFi the host handled it asap. We were going to Tiger Field so it was a good location for that. Over all great stay

It turns out that a truck knocked out a service pole for xfinity and the outage ended up 6 hours instead of the two they promised. We're so glad you didn't let it spoil your stay. Also good to know the cleaning crew understood the assignment. Hope to see you next year on Tiger Lane

Very clean. Host was very responsive. Nice touch having snacks at the house, they were very appreciative. Plenty of air conditioning upstairs, bedrooms were comfortable. Stairs are steep going up stairs. No problem for us, but something to be aware of as two of the bedrooms are upstairs. Plenty of towels and even extra toiletries. We did not find a hair dryer but we brought one so no big deal. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Quintessential Southern Hospitality

Full of charm! The care to details makes this the perfect stay for large groups. Plenty of sleeping areas and gsthering spaces including a mini wellness/gym area. Neighborhood is perfect and lots of places to eat at.

We traveled from Louisville KY, St Louis MO and Dallas TX to visit our Father for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our large party. The 5 bedrooms allowed everyone plenty of space, the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The minor questions/concerns we had were addressed immediately. The location was familiar for us and honestly, it truly felt like we were visiting family, it was just that comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and host!

Great location for all Memphis has to offer

The home provided all the sleeping space needed for our cousins’ adventures in Memphis. The large dining room that opened into the living room also made eating meals and playing games together easy.

Great Southern Home

The host was very attentive to every need. The coffee bar is amazing. Even went the extra mile to get us flowers and cookies for our 20 year vowel renewal. House was close to everything. Love it.

Great place to bring a family!

We stayed here with a couple other families. The host filled the fridge with soft drinks and even left us welcome snacks. Anytime we needed anything at all, they responded very quickly. The neighborhood is also really friendly, and there is a big park within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others with kids. They have lots of games, too.

Family Reunion

The host family was/is wonderful. The house had adequate space to accommodate small or large families. We had a family reunion in Memphis, so my husband, children, and grandchildren were able to stay under one roof without any discomfort. Upon arrival we were greeted with plenty of snacks, a hot delicious meal, and wonderful host (The Shaw Family). Any and everything we could think of was here (aluminum foil, soap, towels, adequate toilet paper/paper towels etc.). They even provided toys for our grandchildren to play with (water guns) due to us bringing a kiddie pool. We could not find the iron so the Shaw's had one delivered while we were out touring the city. Our family spent a lot of time in the game room which is stocked with plenty of games and books for all ages. This house, with the accommodations, and host, has been the experience we have encountered. The host also left a list of historical sites to visit. We were very impressed and grateful. Therefore, we would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for making our stay unforgettable. The Brown Family

Pleasantly surprised

Major concern when booking was space, and bedding. We were plesantly surprised and the comfort of the bed, the quality of linens, and the spacious layout. The layout gave each guests their own personal space and the hosts were very accomodating to any requests.

Great Stay

A group of 9 of us stayed here during Beale street music festival. The hosts were amazing and always there to answer our questions. The location was great for us. The house was very comfortable. Everything was fantastic for our stay!

Neat, Clean and Roomy!

The hosts were wonderful - they left snacks, beverages and even fresh eggs (Thank you)! There was plenty of room for all 15 of us to have our own space or gather together. The kids loved the little spaces in the upstairs bedrooms to play in. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Fresh towels, comfy beds, cute back yard with a grill, fire pit and games. The house was clean and cool when we arrived which was wonderful. This house is just minutes from everything and if you want food delivered Uber Eats delivers from a variety of places. The hosts are close by but you would never know unless you needed something; Kat was kind enough to pop in after a long day at work just to make sure we did not need anything. I cannot say enough kind words about the home or the hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I am sure we will make it to Memphis again and will certainly stay in your home.

Easy access to everything Memphis

Centrally located for easy access to Beale Street and the stadium, easy drive or short Uber ride to everything. Although we weren't at the house a lot our group enjoyed spending time gaming and lounging in the dining and living room areas. Host were very friendly and accommodating. Biggest limitation was only one shower for a big group required some creative scheduling.

This is a great house - we comfortably slept a large group!

We enjoyed the house and Memphis very much. The house is super close to Central BBQ. Hosts were great and full of great info about what was nearby. We played a lot of ping pong. If you have a large group this is a great house.

Best rental ever

This house was perfect for our family of ten. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, dishes, cookware and snacks. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was easy to work with, which made the trip much nicer. We had a great time, wish we could of stayed longer.

Great Trip!

When my group of eight got there we were extremely glad to see the house was so big. It held all of us comfortably. The owners were kind enough to leave a ton of snacks from shortbread cookies to truffles! We were only a five minute car ride away from Beale. There were also a ton of towels in the house. We really wanted for nothing and I would definitely stay here again.
