Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom main floor (entry level, no stairs) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and mountain view. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-karts, and gem mining.

Property was amazing. Gorgeous views and even though you have to drive to the pool and fishponds, it was easy access and not an issue at all. Our only problem was when we checked in there was no water or A/C. Instructions on the door told us how to turn on the water, but were not clear that there were two handles that needed to be turned (one not easily visible). So we had to call to get someone to fix the water. In addition had to call to put refrigerant in A/C. Repairs were made quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Just frustrating to start vacation with issues. Suggest that they not depend on renters to turn on water. Utilities should have been checked before we arrived - especially when rented out by the resort.

The perfect stay!

We were in town for work and for a family reunion and decided last minute to stay in town for the weekend. The host was so kind, quick to respond and great to communicate with. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of Grandfather Mtn took my breath away. The pool was very clean and our kids had a great time playing in it! Weather was beautiful but even for the evening we had rain yesterday we sat by the window reading books looking out at the rain and it was so peaceful, just what we needed. It was perfect and we will stay again next time we’re in Boone!
