Welcome to Surf & Sail! This gorgeous home was built in 2021 and is a 6 minute walk (1/3 mile) to the white sands of Panama City Beach! We provide beach towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon. Travel less than a mile to boat rentals, sunset cruises, dolphin tours, scuba tours, and more. Gameroom garage includes a ping-pong table, foosball table, and corn-hole. Smart TVs with local channels and access to your favorite streaming services in all the bedrooms. Fenced-in backyard with a covered patio and propane grill. No lines, no elevators, no parking garages. Just pull right up and begin your vacation!

The space
When you enter Surf & Sail, you walk into the open-concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal for your family. It includes a dining table with seating for 6 and a bar with seating for 4. The comfortable living area has a 54" smart tv and board games for your family to enjoy.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and also a desk for anyone who may need to work remotely during their stay.
- There is a bunk room off the master with twin bunk beds.
- The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
- Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed with an XL twin trundle bed.
- Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.
- The 2nd bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo.
- Each bedroom has a smart tv with access to local channels and the apps you need to access any of your favorite streaming services.

Extras:
- Rain or shine, your group can make memories in the garage game room playing ping pong, foosball, or corn hole!
- And finally, you can spend an evening enjoying a glass of wine on our covered patio while grilling up your favorite foods on our propane grill.

No Pets:
- Since this is a new house with new furnishings, we do not allow pets.
Guest access
Guests will pull right into our driveway for free parking of up to 4 vehicles. Then walk to our front door to access the keypad to self-check-in. Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, fenced-in backyard, and covered porches.

Please note that there is no boat or RV parking at the property.

Hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a bar of soap in each bathroom
2 dishwasher pods

You can order groceries online at Winn-Dixie (2533 Thomas Dr.), Publix (2419 Thomas Dr.), or Walmart Super Center (10270 Front Beach Rd.) and pick them up on your way into town! We are conveniently located near several stores if you need to stock up on anything while you are here.
