Thank you for staying at my Seafoam Green Beach Townhouse. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the home, and I appreciate you bringing the kitchen light bulbs to my attention. I will address them right away. I would also like to clarify the concern regarding visits to the back patio and pool area. The first visit was made after the guest asked me to repair a non-working GFCI outlet on the back porch. I let the guest know in advance that I would stop by Tuesday morning to make the repair. Any additional time on the exterior was related to routine pool maintenance and turnover preparation. I manage multiple nearby beach properties with pools, and Saturday mornings are used for exterior pool cleaning so each property is ready for incoming guests after checkout. Upon arrival, I made it clear that checkout was at 10:00 and the guests did not need to rush. After checkout, the cleaning team reported that the guest arrived early, the home required additional cleaning due to evidence of smoking inside, and the tenant occupancy exceeded the home’s stated limit. Additional steps were necessary, including laundering linens/rugs off-site and steam cleaning the carpets. I have managed my properties for many years, and guests have consistently appreciated the attention to detail I put into keeping each home clean, maintained, and ready for every stay. I regret that your stay ended with frustration, but appreciate your positive comments about the townhouse and location.
