Beautifully renovated farmhouse situated on the slopes of Keuka Lake. Surrounded on all sides by vineyards, you will truly be in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country. Incredible sunsets and lake view with wineries dotting the landscape. A large fire pit awaits across the street. Exercise room with yoga mats and row machine. 8 minutes from Hammondsport where you will find restaurants, bars, grocery store and wineries. Boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals in town.

Girls trip

Clean and comfortable accommodations near Hammondsport. Water did have a slight sulfur smell but otherwise was a great place to stay and relax! Loved coming home and relaxing in the hot tub after a day at the wineries.

Great experience!

This place is the perfect cozy, charming home to stay, and the view is amazing!! We enjoyed exploring local wineries and nearby hiking trails. And we loved starting our morning drinking coffee on the window seat looking out over the lake. The pictures don’t quite capture the beauty of this place! Thank you Ben for a great stay and for answering all our questions throughout our vacation.

Cute House Near the Lake

We stayed for an extended weekend and had access to wineries, museums, and waterfalls that were all within a reasonable distance and made for a nice drive. Overall, it was a good experience and the owners checked in with us when we forgot to message that we arrived. They were super nice and accommodated our special requests! Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect place for the 5 us girls it was also at a great location. Owner very quick with response. Also probably one of the cleanest houses I ever rented

Great location, lovely home

This place was great! Location is perfect, surrounded by some amazing wineries (Weis Vineyard, 6 minutes up the road, is a can't miss!), with a beautiful view of Lake Keuka. The space is very charming, with more room than the pictures let on. Word to the wise, wifi is SLOW, though I was able to make use of my phone's hotspot to stream a late night movie or two. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Overall great stay

Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication.

Won’t do this again.

Flies,flies and more flies. The kitchen was inundated with flies, spent the first hour trying to kill them just gross. “Spices” in the cabinets were dusty and well beyond expiration. So glad I had the forethought to bring my griddle, pots and pans were abysmal. The bedroom I shared with my husband, had NO mattress cover and the mattress was stained. WiFi did not work well either

Wanted to love the Yellow farmhouse but


I had high hopes for this rental
 the location was great, as I am very familiar with the area and it was close to everything I enjoy while in Hammondsport. However, due to several issues, I would not choose to stay here again. First off we noticed a smell upon entering the house- it wasn’t a clean smell. We discovered that it may have been from the well water, which smelled horribly of sulfur. So we had to buy water to wash our face and brush our teeth, and suffer through a shower. As soon as we walked upstairs we were greeted with dead flies laying on the hardwood floors and all over the rug in the main bedroom. They were also flying around in every room, and I don’t mean two or three, but more like an infestation, they appeared to be coming from the light fixtures even in the kitchen and were trapped in several over lights in the house. For this reason it didn’t feel clean and we would not walk barefoot anywhere for fear of stepping on dead flies. The first night was peaceful and we slept well, the second night however, was very windy, and no one could sleep because of a sound that appeared to be from wind I. The attic creating a suction and loud vibrating noise. One other minor inconvenience was the listing states a coffee maker. Well- it’s not a Cuisinart or Mr Coffee, it’s a French press with a separate kettle for heating the water. So unless you are familiar, bring your own. Also the TV was useless bc the WiFi/Netflix didn’t work, even after he told me it would.

This Farmhouse is home to an incredible amount wildlife including hawks, finches, bald eagles, foxes, coyotes, bears and deer. A birdwatchers delight! In springtime listen to the songs of the frogs in the neighboring pond. Enjoy incredible sunsets all year round!
