What a fantastic space to have as our home-based as we explored the Finger Lakes area! Relaxing and well appointed. Easy access to surrounding areas. The host was fantastic. If you are in the area this is a great place to stay.

This property served our immediate housing needs but was misrepresented in the ad. The hot tub was nonfunctional during our stay and the host declined to adjust the price even through the hot tub is advertised in the listing. The house was clean but had a heavy mildew smell in the entryway and front deck, and a less intense but still very present mildew smell throughout the rest of the house. There were plenty of linens available and host was responsive to most messages.

Mo, while we appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of the home and our responsiveness, we feel some important context is missing from this review. Your message upon arrival was, “We got here late but everything is lovely,” and no mildew, musty odor, or other issue with the home was reported during your stay. The hot tub was available for use earlier in your visit, with the control issue first reported to us on the third day; we charge no additional fee for the hot tub, nor had you indicated it was the reason you selected the property. The odor concern was raised only after checkout and after we declined a refund related to the hot tub. We have found no mold or mildew and no unusual odor was present before or after this stay, which is also consistent with the feedback from surrounding guests—including “we had a wonderful time” from the guests immediately afterward and “this was our 3rd property with this host and all have been incredible!!!” from another recent guest.

Cute home within perfect distance to many wineries and breweries. Rooms were comfortable and hot tub was nice to enjoy on the cold winter nights! Appreciated the home was accommodating to our pup as well.

We came for a girls weekend. The home was lovely! Each room had a theme and the beds had extras (an old fashioned tea cup and saucer with tea bags, beautifully decorated beds, book on the bed, and decorations). The kitchen table was beautifully set, the fire place was on when we arrived, and lights in all rooms to make us feel welcomed. The hot tub was nice with a beautiful big backyard. We wish it would have been warm enough for a fire in the fire pit. We could tell that a lot of time was spent decorating this home and making it feel so comfy. We plan to come back this summer with our spouses to spend a few days exploring all the waterfalls in the area!

Cute and Cozy!

We absolutely loved this cottage. It was beautiful and well furnished. Everything was perfect from the fire pit to the hot tub. Close to wineries and eating places.
