Location:
You will find the 1+ acre property a wonderful and quite place to stay. Located north of the loop 101 we are located in a 1+ acre community about a .25 mile south off the main road Lone Mountain. The maintained road is unpaved and gives you a feeling of being remote but still close the city.
The area has plenty of feathered wild life so you will see quail, dove, cardinals, hawks and many of the other desert birds of Arizona.
On occasions, if you are lucky, you will see some javelina or a roadrunner passing through the neighborhood.
You are 8 miles north of the Loop 101 where you will have quick access to West World (Arabian Horse Show & Barrett Jackson) TPC Golf Course (Phoenix Open).
Just a bit further down the 101 is the Talking Stick Casino & Spring Training Facility, the OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland
North Scottsdale golf courses are plentiful in the area as well as all the numerous Scottsdale Restaurants for your dining engagements.

Winters are absolutely the best here in Arizona. We have a large patio w/ outdoor dining table, a wood burning fireplace w/ seating, separate propane firepit area w/ seating & gas BBQ grille for those grill masters. We have provided a stack of wood for use during your stay, but please note that our county has a "No Burn" policy that takes affect periodically during the winter months (check internet for compliance)
The backyard does have a natural grass area for children and picnics.
