Vacation in style at the "Turuqoise House West!" This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath Home was recently remodeled and is the perfect getaway for 2 families traveling together or bringing the Grandparents along on your Vacation to Scottsdale, Arizona. The 2 Master suites are situated on opposite sides of the house, with an open Kitchen, spacious living room, and 3 bedrooms in the center of the home. The Backyard has an expansive patio, swimming pool, 2 beautiful putting greens and plenty of shade provided by a Turquoise Pergola and umbrellas. A Weber Propane BBQ is provided as well Lounge Chairs, outside dining area, and a Cornhole Game.
Inside the home you will find 2 sets of washers and dryers, private garage, smart 4K TV's in each bedroom (2x65", 3x55"), and a 75" 4K TV in the spacious living room. The kitchen is outfitted with Henkel Knives, a Keurig coffee maker, a 12 cup Cuisinart coffee maker, rice maker, ninja blender, kettle, instapot, and everything you need to cook a large meal for a large family or 2!
The Turquoise House West is located 3 miles from Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter, shopping, restaurants, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, PGA Golf, Mayo Clinic and so much More!

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, Jonathan! It could not have been nicer, perfectly meeting all the needs of our extended family, as we gathered for Thanksgiving. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of; the home and grounds are very clean and well kept. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool and putting greens. We loved our time there and hope to return soon. Thanks, again!

We just experienced the best stay ever!! We are a big group with 2 families. There was plenty of space for everyone! Well stocked kitchen! We cook ALOT!! The house is in a great neighborhood close to many stores!Outside is an oasis in the desert!! The pool was so fun for everyone in our group! Including the doggo! Her 1st trip..Jonathan was quick to answer any queries and was an all around great host! Highly recommend!!

Super cute house!

We stayed for a week over new years. Two families both with teen age daughters and our tiny dog. First let me say the house is super clean, really adorable with all the teal accents and the room layout was perfect with two master bedrooms and two kiddo bedrooms. The backyard is bigger and nicer than we expected and the pool was perfect! The friends we were traveling with are huge into cooking and baking and they were thrilled with how stocked the kitchen was. The bathrooms had everything we could have needed and even the pool had floaties etc. it was nice to not have to run out to the store for garbage bags etc. They even had dog bowls for our furry family member. The location was walkable to a few little spots and central to all the places we needed to get to.One thing I would recommend just because it would be so nice on chilly nights is a gas fire pit. We would have used it a lot. Not a need.We will be down again and would definitely stay in your sweet home!

GCU Trip

This property was perfect for our trip while moving our son to college. Stayed with a few families and this property was perfect. The backyard setup is awesome for adults and kids. Very clean and well-equipped property and Jonathan is an awesome host. Will definitely be renting again!

Family Vacation

Stayed with two young family’s, 4 adults and 5 kids. Property was well appointed and nicely located. There were a few small maintenance issues with the property but none that reduced the quality of our stay. Check-in was seamless and property was accurate to the listing. Would stay here again.

Christmas 2023

Our extended family spent a week at Christmas in the Tourquise House. The indoor and outdoor spaces are as beautiful as shown in the photos. The pool area is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked and wonderful. The owner was great and followed up on any concerns we had.

Island adventure

The house was so beautiful and perfect for our stay. My favorite part was the enormous kitchen island. We were able to enjoy breakfasts at the house before heading out for our day. We came home to evenings outside by the pool. The home was very well-stocked and exceeded our expectations.

The Perfect Place

Wow! Beautiful house in quite neighborhood. We had an amazing stay here. Huge bedrooms and spacious baths in the master suites. Two masters were just what our group needed. Pool was so relaxing and the guys really enjoyed unwinding on the putting greens. All the amenities you need and more. If we are ever in the area again this is where we would stay

When looking for a home that sleeps 10, we often find the common space to be small. This was not the case here. The home had wonderful living room, kitchen with space to store our groceries and lovely outdoor space. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing

This is an amazing place to stay. The location was ideal for us. 20 minutes from the airport, close to great restaurants, shopping and fun stuff to do. The property was very well equipped. The pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. Very clean, great floor plan, beds are very comfortable. The outdoor areas are well kept and beautiful. Pool has a 5' safety fence around it - so safe for little ones. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Love the Turquoise West House!

My family and I have now stayed at all three of the Turquoise Houses in Scottsdale. We brought a larger group this time to stay at the West House. Each house is fantastic; however, the West house is the next level! The turquoise pergola by the pool was relaxing and enjoyable to spend most of the day at while the kids played in the water. The putting greens were beautiful and overall the design of the house is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked just like the other houses and everything you need is there. Jonathan is always readily available and willing to help. I highly recommend you and your family stay at any of the three Turquoise Homes in Scottsdale you won’t be disappointed!

This place had it all

Our extended family of 10 stayed here comfortably for Thanksgiving week. The kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the expansive backyard with 9 hole putting green. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the TV situation was superb. We would definitely rent this home again.

Before getting in to this business my Wife and I tried many vacation rentals out as guests throughout Scottsdale. We took notes of all the things we would do better to provide a great experience for our guests and made sure we did those things in our homes. My Wife spent endless hours working on the designs of each house and sourcing all the great comforts to make our guests feel at home. Between the two of us we have tried to think of every possible thing you would need at our properties and if we missed something just let me know and I’ll do my best to provide it!

After being a host for 6 years we know what our guests are looking for and this is it! The lot in enormous, the house has been fully renovated with beautiful modern decor, the location is perfect, and the floorplan is ideal for our travelers. With the new way that people travel we thought having a larger offering that could sleep 2 families comfortably would be something our guests would like. This house is a wonderful gathering place for families and offers all the creature comforts and amenities families could ask for. It's a great place for holidays, remote work, and even business retreats.
