Our 10-day stay at Jai’s place was amazing for our family of 14. We enjoyed the rustic setting including the new yoga studio. Jai was a great host and very communicative, provided excellent references and coordination with all of our activities, and she handled everything very professionally. The town is just a short taxi ride or nice walk away, and was a nice destination for good meals, coffee and shopping. We used the chef services which were AMAZING. We highly recommend Jai and her lovely home.

Beyond Amazing!

We planned a 5 day trip here for a friends bachelorette and it was unreal! If you’re thinking of booking this place please do! Jai and Stef have gone out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The pool was beautiful and the property itself is a dream come true! I would 100% stay here again!

Great time at Jaco

-Two villas at the property rented - We were multiple families with kids ranging from 7-21 years - Kids and parents room assignments were very well take care care - Rooms refreshed on-demand basis any time. - Entertainment/tours were shared before arrival - Host went above and beyond for taking care of us and our vehicles. - There were enough kitchenware, furniture to celebrate Christmas Party. - Nice Bluetooth speaker to enjoy

Beautiful Home and Superb Host

We recently stayed at Villa Alma and Villa Dulce over Thanksgiving for my wife's birthday with 16 people ranging in age from 7 to 83. The houses are immediately next to one another and have large bedrooms and most have ensuite bathrooms. Each of the 8 bedrooms had their own a/c units which were great to keep your rooms cool for sleeping. One of the homes has additional loft type sleeping however we did not use that space as we had enough beds in the bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The living areas, including the kitchen areas, are on the small side, however the homes are well set up for inside/outside living so it wasn't an issue for us however if you plan on doing a lot of cooking there be aware that it's a bit tight for cooking large meals. Outside there is covered parking for two to three vehicles along with a small fire pit, chairs and a smaller pool which is great to cool down in and relax. The best part about the stay is the host, Jai. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the area and acts more as a concierge for anything you would want to do in the area and more than willing to accommodate just about any request you may have. She coordinated a few excursions for us, cleaning, and a private chef for one of our meals and it was all fantastic. I think this is especially valuable for folks who have never visited Costa Rica as she can provide recommendations for anything you may want to do.
