Located just 1.6 miles from Silver Sands Premium Outlets, this townhome offers comfort, convenience, and beautiful views. The open living area features a cozy layout with a Smart TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and direct access to a covered patio overlooking the tranquil lake. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig, and a breakfast bar—perfect for easy meals and gathering with loved ones. A full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor for added convenience.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, a 42" widescreen TV, and a private balcony with stunning Gulf views, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The downstairs guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a widescreen TV with access to a shared bath. The second upstairs guest bedroom provides two twin beds, a 32" Smart TV, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool and comfortable.

The location, views, etc. were all wonderful. Pool right there out the front door (across the parking lot), the lake right out the back door, and the ocean a very short walk across the boardwalk. Great restaurants near by. The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Great property!!!

This was a quick Spring break getaway for my family. We enjoyed the property. We had a little issue accessing the property at first but that was quickly rectified. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The view of the lake, boardwalk were spectacular. We will definitely love to stay again.

Nice spot

We have friends with a condo in Dunes II, so this was a great place to stay to be close to them. Love the view of the lake and not having to wait for elevators. Highly recommend.

Cajun Respite

Last minute rebook. Nice location, plenty of space, patio was great. Unit was pretty dated though, and furniture and bed box springs in need of updating/repair/replacement. Wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived (found a dirty bathroom shower) and walking around unit left black residue on feet each day. And was missing an HOA amenities wristband. But overall a convenient spot for the price point.

Experience

The original listing communicated guests had access to 5 pools in the complex and the exercise room. This was not communicated once we checked in, and correspondence back-and-forth with the property manager with me sending a screenshot did confirm this. After sending this we received the code and locations for the other pools. Also, just the very basic amenities are included. As far as towels and washrags, there were only four washrags for four people, which meant there was a lot of laundry done Throughout the stay; however, there were several towels.

Great Condo!

We LOVED our stay at the Cajun Respite! It was so nice having the heated pool just a few feet away from the front door to swim in on Christmas day when the temperature got down to the 20's. We loved the view from the living room and master bedroom, which overlooks the lake and the gulf in the distance. Sunset is spectacular from the balcony. Just wished it would have been warmer for Christmas so we could have spent more time at the beach. Would recommend to everyone! Great for hot summer days and cold winter days!

Awesome Stay!

What a view! Sunset is so beautiful from the balcony. The location is perfect as well. Condo is about 50 steps from heated pool and just a short and relaxing walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Loved the new patio furniture. Was great hanging out on the balcony each evening. Just down the road from great places to eat as well. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here the next time we are in in Florida!
