Luxury Lakeside Bridges Bay Condo

Bring your family and friends to enjoy our beautiful, lake view 4th floor condo at Bridges Bay Resort in the Brooklyn Bridge building. Located in the heart of Okoboji, having everything you need within walking distance.
Our condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. This property sleeps a total of 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with attached full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. It also offers a queen size sleeper sofa and a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and washcloths for your convenience.
There is a washer and dryer available along with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need for your stay including both Keurig and coffee pot (coffee options included), dishes, pots and pans, utensils, bakeware, griddle, crockpot, etc. We have even included some spices for grilling or cooking your favorites! Our spacious living room has beautiful views and a relaxing fireplace to enjoy on the cooler evenings. The top floor deck has a grill, table with umbrella and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the stunning lake views. The building has an elevator located steps away from the entrance to the condo.
With your booking you will receive 6 daily waterpark passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark. (Open weekends and holidays in off-season). The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones. There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy. During the summer months the indoor pool is open daily and there is a big outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. There is also a smaller pool steps away from our building for your enjoyment. Other resort amenities include basketball court, fitness room, arcade and zipline.
If you are interesting in bringing a boat of your own, there is a boat ramp and boat parking near by. Or there are options available near by for boat rentals.
If you need a night out from cooking, there are many restaurants within walking distance or take a short drive to downtown Arnolds Park for lots of entertainment and restaurant options.

My family stayed for 5 days. The property was very clean and tidy. The view was wonderful. Everything was well stocked. It was great our kids could have separate bedrooms with their own tv (although they didn’t need it). Beds and pillows were comfortable, extra blankets in closets were nice to have as well. Easy parking. Lovely visit ! Hope to come back next summer.

Wonderful host and location!

5 adults and 1 child and 1 infant stayed at this location for a long weekend in July. The host was wonderful in her communications with me before, during and after our stay. The lodging was well stocked with kitchen utensils/supplies and bathroom toiletries, which was wonderful. We loved that there was a code instead of keys to get into the building and condo. This made it easier for everyone to come and go as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the water park. The kids were wore out every night. Yay! I slept on the pullout couch in the living room. I thought it was very comfortable. We also got to enjoy the patio and grill several times. I 100% recommend this host and location. We'll stay here again next time we come!

Great stay

We were in town for a family wedding. The condo was a great place for our immediate family of adults and spouses to stay. We had space to get ready - a lovely, large living room and kitchen that gave us gathering space to talk and catch up after the wedding. We really appreciated the full kitchen and laundry as we had all traveled a bit to get here. Except for the unusual flooding in the area, we had a great time.

This condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Bridges bay is one of our favorite spots, especially for our kids. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Needed a place to stay for our quick family vacation but didn't want to stay in a hotel because not enough beds and didn't want to pay for two rooms. So decided to book here. Was absolutely amazing even when the air conditioning went out the hosts were quick to answer and quick to fix. Will be staying here again!
