Ce magnifique condo LAKEFRONT offre une vue frontale sur le lac East Okoboji depuis le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la chambre principale et la grande terrasse. Bien aménagé avec toutes les commodités de la maison; La chambre principale a un lit King Size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain principale attenante. 2ème chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés, TV écran plat / DVD et une deuxième salle de bain. Le canapé en cuir dans le salon a un lit queen-size. Le condo peut accueillir 6 personnes. Magnifique foyer en pierre, comptoirs en granit, planchers en bois, électroménagers en acier inoxydable et ameublement confortable. L'unité comprend 3 téléviseurs / DVD. Beaux meubles de patio et grill.
Profitez du plaisir à quelques pas de là avec le restaurant Bracco WATERFRONT GRILL et les spectaculaires 20 000 pieds carrés. Parc aquatique intérieur !! Vous vous trouverez détendu en regardant toute l'action du lac et les couchers de soleil depuis l'intimité de cette belle terrasse. Le condo comprend six laissez-passer quotidiens pour le parc aquatique intérieur, l'utilisation de la salle de sport et de la salle de jeux. Vous aurez également accès à la piscine extérieure chauffée de style lagon et au bar swim-up. Absolument non fumeur, pas d'animaux!

Il y a des travaux de construction sur les unités d'extrémité de l'immeuble en copropriété Golden Gate. Cette unité particulière n'est pas en construction, mais il peut y avoir des activités de construction à l'extérieur du pont.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend this cozy and homey place. Sarah was a pleasure to work with and we are hoping to book it next year for our next family reunion.

Great views from balcony. Condo matches the listing. It was hot while we were there and the AC kept us cool. Would recommend for 2 adults with children. 2nd bedroom has 4 bunk beds. The condo was clean and king bed was comfortable.

Property is exactly as advertised!

Our family of 6 stayed here and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. Being right on the lake was great for morning/evening views and easy access for the boys to fish. The property owners were also great to work with and very responsive.

Cozy and perfect

We loved our stay at this condo. It was easy to find and access was easy as well. Loved having two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We sat on the balcony every night and watched the boats on the water. The best part was having access to the Pool’s. We enjoyed our time in Okoboji very much. Thank you.

The condo was very nice and a great location for our first family vacation to Okoboji. We had two issues that lead us to not recommend it for others. 1. When we arrived, we found the television wouldn't work-it was stuck on one local channel and the remote wouldn't work. I texted the owner who advised she knew there was a problem and gave some advice but it didn't fix it. She said she would send someone the next day but didn't do that or follow up. Our son was eventually able to get it to work. 2. The days we were there, there was a crane/lift right in front of the deck to the condo working on the adjacent condo windows. Men were standing on the lift right in front of the deck each day from 830-5 which made it impossible to sit on the deck to enjoy the lake front. I emailed the owner who acknowledged she knew it was going to be happening but hadn't been sure when it would occur. I asked her if she would reimburse some of our fee since we weren't able to enjoy the accommodations as promised. The owner didn't respond at all.

Brenda Sehr i am sorry that you rated us so poorly. The TV worked fine and you had text me that your son unplugged the router and when he plugged it back in it worked fine. You informed me that no one needed to come out. I am sorry we refused to refund your money for this issue or for the the construction occurring on our neighbors property. I am glad that you liked the condo and the view.

End of summer family getaway

We had a great time In Okaboji and really enjoyed the condo. It was very clean, comfortable and had great amenities. Plus it has a great view of the lake and sunsets from their deck.

Amazing!

Great location and amazing lakefront view. We loved being close to the water park, Arnold’s Park, and public beaches. Property was well kept, and we enjoyed spending time on the deck watching the boats. Would stay here again!

Last minute Okoboji get away

WE wanted to take a few days away, But due to other issues; the decision was made last minute. Sarah was great to work with. We actually signed the contract Monday morning and drove there Monday afternoon. Since this was so last minute, I'm guessing they didn't have time to clean as they usually do. But all was acceptable. The View was amazing. waterfront. The open concept was perfect. We could see the water from the kitchen, dining room, living area and master bedroom. This was a huge plus for me. It is a smaller condo but with just my spouse and I , it was perfect. We loved the convenience of 2 bathrooms. We opted to access the indoor water park and chose to wear our masks since the Delta variant is surging again. There were several restaurants that did Take out. WE had some great drives around the lakes. It was a lovely getaway. Just what we wanted. Again, Hats off to Sarah for helping us make this work since it was so last minute. We would stay here again.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Great view of the lake with a covered patio. So nice to watch the sunsets at night or enjoying your coffee in the morning while watching the boats. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Will stay here again!

Awesome condo! Has everything you would need. Clean. Perfect location. The only downfall (no reflection on condo owner) is the outdoor pool was only open one day of the four we were there due to staffing issues and Arnold’s park was closed two days due to heat.

Perfect Okoboji Spot!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! Lakefront views, extremely well stocked and very clean. Pictures don't do this condo justice! Its beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

We purchased this CONDO BECAUSE IT IS LAKEFRONT, but also with the idea that you would always have something to do at the lake~ whether the weather was cool, rainy or hot and sunny. The Bridges Bay Resort amenities are enticing with the waterpark, pools, restaurants, workout facility, etc. The condo is conveniently located near Arnold's Park and all of the fun attractions offered here at Okoboji.
