Not great. Left early -The beds weee so uncomfortable. Liked could bring my pet, house was clean, however, hot water heater was not working. Got it fixed next morning but we left early. Won’t book again 11/29/2025

Great Gainesville Location!

David’s place was perfect traveling with family and pets. Great location, as it’s convenient for anything you want to do in Gainesville. Quiet neighborhood, stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will rent again when I’m in the area and need a place to stay.

My son and I stayed here while he attended a summer program at UF. The property had everything we needed during our 6 day stay. Our dog was happy in the fenced back yard, chasing lizards. The hosts communicated thoroughly and were more than courteous. We will stay again!

Gator Game

All went pretty well. The neighborhood was a little rough and the yard to the unit needed to be mowed. The unit inside was great. Thanks for the timely communication!

Great spot for a weekend

The house was very clean and cozy! Perfect for a quick weekend trip. 4 of us stayed comfortably. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The location is great, about 10 minutes from UF. A lot of restaurants and shops in the area as well. Would recommend staying.

Conveniently located and very clean!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was conveniently located to family, shopping and family fun. The condo had everything I needed for family dinners. It was very clean the neighborhood was nice and friendly neighbors.

Quiet Retreat

We enjoyed everything about the house. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located enough to visit everything we wanted to. It was great to have a backyard to easily let our dog out.

Great stay!

Overall the property was as described. the neighborhood was nice and often you could see people walking with their dogs around the neighborhood. The house met our needs and it was nice to have space outside for the dogs to run around. Would stay here again. David was responsive to questions and attentive.

Just as listed. Close to campus

Stayed for summer grad. Close to everything. Worse thing is parking at night. Each night we returned to fill parking lot due to guests at other units. If you like sleeping with a fan, bring one. Hosts were very responsive. Quiet neighborhood.

Visiting family

It was so nice to unpack and get to stay in one place. It was centrally located for all the places we went. It felt like home. The only con was the mattresses were uncomfortable by the fourth day. Clean and bright.
