A wonderful family vacation awaits you in this beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 12th floor oceanfront condominium. The Southwind is located in a quiet residential setting along the 'Golden Mile'. It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.

**We cannot guarantee that all amenities will be open and available during your stay**

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.

This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views.

Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.

***Parking is limited to two vehicles***

~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

The property offers stunning ocean views and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. My kids absolutely loved the pools, and the convenience of being close to all the major attractions made our stay even better.

The beach is beautiful. The location is perfect. We spent a lot of time at broadway at the beach. My only complaint would be the early 9:30am checkout.

Very nice stay

My family and I loved the stay great location, clean, and beautiful view. My only suggestion would be to bring your own towels to swim and toilet paper and paper towels. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and this is definitely our favorite spot to stay in Myrtle Beach from now on

Gorgeous property! Our stay was absolutely perfect! We will definitely stay here again. Condo was very clean. And you can’t beat the views! Plenty of room for everyone in our family. Location is great. Parking is easy. Check-in is easy. Great communication. Loved everything about our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I all loved staying at Southwind 1204! The overall experience was great. Customer service provided by the management company and the owner were top notch and beyond fast! The location truly cannot be beat! Parking was never an issue either. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing we would suggest would be replacing the box springs in the master bedroom and the single queen bedroom, they were rather loud and popped a lot. The only downfalls of the entire property (Southwind) was no restroom at the pool which wasn’t a dealbreaker just inconvenient and the pool closes at 10pm which was a little early for our liking. We actually got married in the beach during our stay and the condo was perfect for getting ready in, the beach was a prime location for a wedding to avoid crowds, and the property was gorgeous for taking wedding portraits. Overall 10/10!

Perfect Myrtle beach rental

We had a wonderful stay at our rental! Very clean, wonderful location close to lots of restaurants and shopping!! Wish a few more amenities were provided since we flew in (beach towels, toys, etc) but we still made the best of it and had a blast! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
