Grand condo 4 chambres en bord de mer - Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals

Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, le complexe est situé au cœur du Grand Strand, dans une partie de la plage très familiale. Cette suite de 4 chambres au 11ème étage est en bord de mer et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’Atlantique bleu. Ce condo offre une chambre principale en bord de mer avec lit king et un accès à l’immense balcon qui borde l’océan. La salle de bain principale offre des plans de travail en granit, une double vasque, un grand bain à remous, une douche séparée, un dressing et un sol en carrelage. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux, la troisième de deux lits queen et la quatrième chambre avec un lit queen size. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent une télévision à ��cran plat, une laveuse et une sécheuse de taille normale et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit. Ce condo crée un séjour vaste et spacieux pour vous et vos invités. Les activités sur place comprennent les piscines intérieure et extérieure, qui comprennent une rivière artificielle, des bains à remous et une pataugeoire pour enfants donnant sur la plage, un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage..


- Nous avons deux chaises de plage et un parasol réservés sur la plage chaque jour pour nos clients (valeur de 175 $). Ceux-ci sont disponibles du 1er avril à fin septembre.

The property (inside and out) was spectacular! It was more than enough room for all of my family to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean breeze. We will definitely be returning!The property is close to restaurants and shopping. The Tanger Outlets is only about 15 mins away, as well. This is definitely the place to stay!

Great location… clean and convenient. Biggest down fall is the pool closes when the beach closes one incentive of renting from a place with a pool was if the beach was closed due to weather we could still use the pool and this isn't the case maybe advertise that.

This is our 2nd time staying at South Winds and it won't be our last. Located close to many great restaurants and activities. The beach front balcony is large and had more than adequate seating for our family of 6. The hot tubs, lazy river and pool are well maintained. The resort is quiet at this time of year. The ease of booking online is a huge plus. Luxury Beach rentals was very responsive to any and all questio s and they kept me well informed on all needed information. Check in and Check out is non contact and as easy as can be. You won't regret booking this condo!

The property was very nice and well maintained. It is bigger than many of the other places we have rented over the years. It was perfect for our 10 person family. The 10 person dining table was also a nice feature.

The room was nicely located with a beach view, but clearly needs some TLC. Furniture is clearly old and worn. Several maintenance requests were necessary, i.e. Broken microwave handle, door handle on bathroom bedroom was falling off. The significant issue was the shower handle on the master bedroom was broken and took 5 days to get repaired. This was a major issue and caused major inconvenience, however the host/property manager didn't think a consideration was necessary. Will not recommend this facility to anyone, and will certainly make sure no one I know does.

South Wind for The Win

First time staying at this location, we normally stay down in MB @ Sandy Beach Resort. We decided to get out of all the hustle and go for a quieter location. We absolutely loved it !! The room was large enough for 7 adults comfortably!! Let’s talk about the balcony!! We could have lived out there ! We enjoyed so much we would love to come back again!!
