The 5 large master suites are air-conditioned, all have views and private bathrooms so no one will be disappointed! All 5 master suites can be configured to have 1 king bed. Master Suites 4 & 5 can be configured as king bed suites or suites with 2 twin beds in each.

The large modern chef’s kitchen is well equipped and includes a breakfast bar that sits at the end of the spacious waterfall island. Our dining table comfortably seats 10 and there is additional dining space on the terrace by the pool and rancho for 12 people.

The villa is fully air conditioned with all bedrooms plus the living, kitchen & dining areas have AC. There are 55" smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room, perfect for a relaxing movie night after enjoying a fun day at the beach, zip lining, or white water rafting.

If you prefer to enjoy inside / outside living, there are several large glass sliding doors that allow all areas of house to be opened up to the cool mountain breezes. The large pool level deck boasts room for sunbathing as well as a large comfy living area, dining area and wonderful covered BBQ area with mood lighting, ceiling fans and covered areas to provide shade from the sun and shelter from any rainstorms.

The private pool has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and jungle.

To further enhance your vacation why not indulge with a Private Chef. This is a service loved by all of our guests. It’s a fabulous way to relax and dine at home, making the most of your wonderful villa. The Chef will shop, prepare, cook, serve and clean. Chef will provide grocery receipts for reimbursement.

Alternatively we offer an All Inclusive Meal package which includes:

- Private chef (breakfast or lunch plus dinner service)
- all groceries (excluding shrimp or lobster)
- non-alcoholic drinks such as tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice

To make your vacation special we offer complementary vacation planning and so will be on hand to help you with anything you may need prior to your arrival, from airport transportation and car hire to planning your itinerary to include the many fun and adventurous activities available in the area. Also included in your rental of this deluxe home is daily maid service (Monday – Saturday), pool cleaning and grounds keeper.

Located in El Salto, a Private Gated Development surrounded by jungle and nature. With walking trails at your door this uniquely private area offers tranquility, privacy and amazing views. You have neighbours but you can't see them and they can't see you.

If you like the convenience of a rental car, there is parking within the property for 3 cars to enter and leave independently. Alternatively taxis here are cheap and plentiful costing around $10 per trip.
