Sea Rock, an updated 3 bdrm, 2 bath single level house, is a relaxing getaway with spacious deck space, high ceilings and an open living concept. On a large corner lot in the desirable Singing Sands subdivision, Sea Rock is happily situated steps from the walkway to the beach and from the neighborhood pool! Sleeps 11 people max. Dog friendly (max of 2 - $125 fee) No cats allowed, Golf cart is optional add-ons. 



Sea Rock is a Non Smoking or vaping facility.

Location and view from the house was great. Hot tub was too cold to stay in the first night but was hot by the second night. TV was very hard to figure out how to work. Also some of the wires weren't all the way connected so the Blu-ray player had issues. Some directions for the remote controls might be good. It was a good stay and very relaxing.

Very clean! Convenient — right between the beach and the pool and the hot tub was an excellent added bonus! We enjoyed Sea Rock immensely and would definitely return!

House was very accommodating for our family group of 7. Kitchen appliances, cookware & dinnerware were adequate.Listening to the waves from the decks is one of my favorite things to do. Sunrise on the beach was also great. Easy walk to the beach.A suggestion is to stock non-stick frying pans or bring your own - stainless steel are provided but are a mess to clean after (we did eggs, bacon, sausage and hashbrowns). Everything sticks!

First off, we had a great time! The view is stunning and it is an easy walk to the beach. Drawbacks were: Terrible furniture, low beds, loose boards and railings on the decks, Seagull poop daily that covered the swing area on the porch, and very low water pressure in kitchen. To say that the Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need is laughable! Not enough silverware, janky extra chairs for table, and worst of all, PORTABLE AC units!!! The roof had a huge tarp on it ( not sure what that was all about) and the photos in the listing are not representative of the condition of the house. There were holes in the walls where towel racks were removed and only 1 towel per guest per total occupancy. The slipcover on the couch had stains. The positive features were the area below the house with a tiki bar, jacuzzi, and plenty of space to park and entertain, a huge upper deck, close proximity to restaurants and the Big Store, washer and dryer, very close proximity to the pool, and a gorgeous view. There is a lot of green space and a fire pit, as well. We are not bougie vacationers, so overall we enjoyed our stay. The house needs some TLC and HVAC upgrades. There is much more space between homes in this location than other places nearby.

It was difficult for the whole group everyone was 70 hip problems and breathing the elevators did not work so we left a day early.

Boriskie’s & Friends Beach Trip

This place needed a lot of love and attention.what was good 
 location & some of the beds. The deck railings were a safety hazard for kids and small pets. Lots of rotten wood. The fridge wasn’t working called host to report. Didn’t hear back from them until checkout day.. Bad form!! Overall the online pictures are very, very misleading not so happy Customer

Crystal Beach Vacation

No wine glasses, no step in shower, needs a decent grill. The deck & location was perfect. Not anyone’s fault but lots of mosquitoes & jelly fish that week.
