Dynamic Waterfront home with outstanding views of Assateague Island, with this very spacious and lovely well appointed rooms. 4-bathroom home. LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED
2 first level living rooms, large open room for kitchen, dining and beautiful vistas. Decks off each level, 1st level bedroom and pier.
2nd level has owner's suite with bath and 3 other additional rooms large enough for sleeping. 3rd level crown's nest with futon and fun area for the family with Foos-ball table. NOTE: BOAT LIFT IN PHOTO DOES NOT WORK. 3 additional bathrooms on 2nd level.
This home may be available for other dates not showing on our calendar. Please contact Harbour Rentals if you are interested in other dates. This home provides linens and towels. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

***This property requires BOTH the $600 Refundable Security Deposit and the $70 Non Refundable Security Protection Plan when renting.***

YES for Assateague Point!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of nine (four couples and one single). The layout of the home (six bedrooms and four bathrooms) was IDEAL for us - we even had an extra bedroom for "stuff". There were several gathering spaces (two in our party had to work remotely part of the time) and areas for privacy as well. The DECKS were overwhelmingly amazing - perfect for relaxation. The home was clean but, as is the case with most rentals, could have used a more thorough cleaning and some updating. Overall, I would book again in a minute!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family absolutely loves out stay at Assateague Point property, we love the location & the quietness of the Oyster Bay view... Crabbing & fishing is a highlight as well... The only disappointment is that the house is not the cleanest upon arrival...over all it could you a very deep clean & some sprucing up outside at the front entrance etc... The location does overcome some of the short falls & we are already booking for July of 2026 !!

Beers Family Vacation July 4th 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Southern view of Assateague and the bay from inside the house and the porches was beautiful. However, there were many negatives about this house. We gave a list to a representative at the Harbour office at check out and she seemed indifferent about our complaints. Here are the highlights:1) when it rained the house leaked2) none of the locks worked on any of the doors which is a real concern when the water is only 20-30 feet from the back door and we had small children!3) The furniture is old, uncomfortable, and very stinky!4) The air conditioner was marginal at best! 5) We were instructed to clean this large 3 story house ourselves including sweeping the floors(the vacuum barely worked), washing and folding the towels, washing and putting away the dishes, sweeping the decks, etc. 6) the boat lift was non- functional 7) We were instructed to tip the maids for the services we provided

Annual Family vacation

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row that we stayed at Assateague Point which is fabulous, the house overall is awesome but could use a deep cleaning, (not blaming the cleaners as they have a short window to clean & prep the house for the next client) quite a bit of dust on window sills etc... We did book the house again for 2025 because we love the location & the quietness of the property in the evening & at night...Assateague Point is a gem over all.

Wonderful location, view and home

We absolutely loved this house. Everyone had a very unique and beautiful room. The house was very well equipped. We would definitely book again, and hope to stay again there next summer.
