Cette 2BR 2BA et animal sympathique villa! Remodelage de la cuisine, salle de bain principale, nouveau carrelage partout, et l'ajout de nouveaux confort, le mobilier et tous les éléments essentiels supplémentaires nécessaires pour rendre votre séjour de vacances plus agréable sont que le début des changements qui se produisent à ce merveilleux villa avec beaucoup plus à suivre. Vous serez ravi de voir que les deux salles de bains ont été entièrement mis à jour avec le granit et les carreaux et le plan d'étage ouvert fournit une abondante lumière naturelle qui ajoute à l'espace de cette villa. Il est situé au deuxième étage avec une vue superbe sur les lagunes et les terrains de golf.

Beachwalk est à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et à quelques minutes des commerces et de nombreux restaurants. Shipyard Plantation dispose de 2 portes d'accès pratique à Pape Ave et 278 à l'extrémité sud de Hilton Head. Nous offrons des excursions à vélo ombragée et des sentiers pédestres dans les quartiers avec une belle plage, le golf et Van Der Meer Tennis Club où Billie Jean King a fait ses débuts dans le tennis.

Maintenant, vous arrivez à des vacances avec toute votre famille à Hilton Head! Nos plages sont les animaux jusqu'à 10h et après 17 heures tout l'été et sont les bienvenus toute la journée après Septembre. Nous avons beaucoup de restaurants qui sont les animaux domestiques avec nos points de vente et centres accueillant les animaux de compagnie. Barb our host was incredibly helpful, and went way out of her way helping us out of a jam when I had inadvertently booked 2 units for the same time period! (Even organizing a conference call with VRBO).The condo was super comfortable, well stocked with every possible convenience, pet friendly, and close to the beach.We plan on returning!

Perfect vacation spot

We have stayed at this property numerous times and still enjoy it! It’s an upstairs unit, which we prefer. Plenty of room and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. It’s very close to the pool and the beach. Love staying in Shipyard. Had a wonderful family vacation!

108 Beachwalk did not disappoint! It was very clean, updated, and had all the things needed for our stay. The wrap-around porch had three different seating areas. Also has a gate to the stairs which was very convenient for those of us with a dog. A short 5 minute or less walk to the beach. The owner Barbara, is a pleasure to talk with and is very attentive to any communications you may have. I highly recommend staying here.

Outstanding spotless luxury pet friendly rental! Pictures of condo dont do it justice. Absolutely beautifully decorated. All the appliances were newly updated and detailed tiles in kitchen and bath absolutely beautiful. Beds were so comfy! Condo was so convenient to beach. Beach locker was available so we didn't have to haul chairs or umbrella. Hose outside was perfect for rinsing off our dog after day at beach. Barbara was amazing to work with with great communication and made sure any questions answered. This unit has been one of our favorite stay in the many times we have visited HH. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with everything needed for a great vacation

The property was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Close beach access and stunning grounds with lots of amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely book again!

Love the location

We were very comfortable in this unit. The outside deck was a great space, kitchen was well equipped, furniture comfortable, and we enjoyed the use of a locker at the beach. Easy stroll to the beach too.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was by far the best place we have ever stayed on HHI, and we've been vacationing on the island for 10 years. It was BEAUTIFUL, clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, and it is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach. We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing Getaway

I think this is the third time we have stayed at Barbara’s place, and it didn’t disappoint! We stayed for two weeks so we were able to fly our kids in for a quick weekend with us. Barbara’s place is updated, clean, with a full kitchen so we could cook when we wanted to and close to the beach! Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

Very nice condo in a great location! We, including our Weimaraner, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The living room and dining room was very comfortable, but we especially enjoyed the deck; it felt like being in a tree house with all the trees and greenery around.

Beautiful, well appointed property in great location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this gorgeous condo. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and updated. The private location just a short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake. We loved relaxing on the large deck surrounded by beautiful oaks and palms. Would definitely stay there again!

Our primary residence is in the Atlanta area, which is great as it is only an 5 hour drive to Hilton Head. We absolutely love everything about Hilton Head and when the opportunity to purchase 108 Beachwalk came our way we knew we had to jump on it. It has become our home away from home and try to visit as often as we can. We hope that your visit to our villa will make you feel as comfortable and at home as it does us.

We have been visiting and enjoying what Hilton Head has to offer for over 40 years. When we brought Justin, our Golden Retriever we met so many wonderful people and their dogs on the beach, we knew we had to have to find a place of our own.
Hilton Head has so many dog friendly restaurants, it makes it easy for your fur baby to feel right at home. too.
We choose Beachwalk in Shipyard over the other locations because it is the closest complex to the beach. Shipyard has miles of bike/waliking paths, golf that is second to none, and wildlife that you will want to just sit back and enjoy.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is a large wrap around porch with a gate and vaulted ceiling in the great room that can only be found on a second floor villa. While lounging on the deck you will have views of the Shipyard golf course and all the wildlife on the island. Van de Meer Tennis club where Billy Jean got her start is just steps away. You will also have access to a beach locker for your equipment so you don’t have to drag it back and forth.
