Everything about this place was amazing! From the floor plan, the balcony with a great view and the location. I definitely will be staying here every time I come to NOLA.

Splendid home away from home

This property was amazing and perfect for a group of friends celebrating Mardi Gras! The management was responsive and very helpful! The rooftop deck was a wonderful place to hang out and relax!

Our experience at this Vrbo was absolutely wonderful! From the start, the host was incredibly kind, communicative, and flexible. We had unexpected flight delays not once, but twice and he was so understanding through it all. He adjusted our check-in and check-out times without hesitation, which truly helped ease the stress of traveling.When we finally arrived, the space was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured even better in person! Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. You can tell the host genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in making sure everyone has a great stay.His patience, quick responses, and willingness to work with us made such a difference. Great stay

The house was exactly like the listing! It was very nice and accommodated all 6 of us on our girl's trip, plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool area and the rooftop was a plus! It was only a short drive to all main attractions.

Great place for a large group

We had a big group of friends meet up in New Orleans and this place was perfect for us! The pool was a great area to hang out and there was plenty of seating inside. Definitely recommend!

Reunion

We had a 20 year college roommate reunion and this property was perfect for the 6 of us. It had a fantastic layout, roof deck and a common pool area which was great to relax in. The neighbor hood is great as well and only a 5-10 minute cab into the French Quarter. I'd come back!

Solid spot, smooth experience, responsive host, no surprises or complaints

Solid house, decently located for the price, okay for groups, very communicative and responsive host. Clearly rehabbed and kitted out for vacation rentals, more functional than charming or luxurious, but that's fine - what we expected. The rooftop is one of the best features - nice place to hang out (with one caveat - see below). Neighborhood is transitional, but not particularly unsafe-feeling. Reasonably central to most of the most likely destination neighborhoods for a visitor. 3-4 easily walkable blocks to St. Charles Ave, where there are coffee shops, pharmacies, hotel bars, etc. Street noise is low, maybe mostly from groups staying at nearby vacation rentals. Host quite communicative and responsive before and after (we had no large questions or issues during the rental). Despite being able to sleep ~10 people and having three gathering spots (including the roof), there's nowhere with enough chairs/couches/seats for even 7-8 people actually to sit down and hang out in the same place (and a few chairs are bolted down). Sort of an odd oversight. But everything was as described, with no significant surprises either to the upside or downside. We were perfectly satisfied with the stay.
