River Rock Cabin #3 is possibly the best bargain in Concan. This small one bedroom/one bath cabin is a Hill Country delight. It is a newer cabin with an old feel built out of reclaimed wood with gorgeous wood floors.
* Bedroom - Queen bed.
* Loft - Queen mattress.
* Living area - full size sofa bed.
* Bathroom with tub/shower combination.
* Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
* Dining/living area combined and a dining table to sit 4.
* There is a 43" Roku Smart TV.
* Fiber Optic Wi-Fi available
* Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.

We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay that includes 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags in the kitchen and bathrooms (1 each). All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads.

* Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.

* Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
* River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2 minute walk away.
