Slap on the sunblock and grab your favorite spirit for a relaxing day at your private pool. This is where the majority of your time will be spent. Rotonda is an active community with 4 golf courses, biking paths, hiking trails & tennis courts. Hop in the car for a short drive to gorgeous beaches.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

Rotonda is peaceful community situated near the beautiful Gulf in Southwest Florida. It is located mid-way between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Residents are predominantly full-time homeowners with their families, as well as tenants and those who winter in the community. There are four golf courses on site. Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing opportunities for its residents. Many exotic birds and other wildlife call Rotonda West their home. Nearby recreation facilities, beaches, theaters, sporting events, and fine restaurants are available for all.

A car is need for transport and Uber/Lyft are great for a night out.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.

Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your desired start time.
