This charming property is tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Bay Vista and beneath a beautiful canopy of pine trees. The home is minutes to the beaches in Rehoboth and Dewey and shopping at the Tanger Outlets. The home is 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. The first floor is a beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living area, with a sunroom and side den. You’ll enjoy a fully-fenced backyard with a private pool (unheated, open Memorial Day-Labor Day), outdoor dining, grill and outdoor shower.

Downstairs: The main living space of the house is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. There is a half bathroom located on the first floor as well.

Kitchen:
- Appliances include stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, mini beverage fridge, main sink and prep sink, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee machines, blender, and toaster.
- Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking items as well as basic spices and olive oil.
- We also provide paper towels, trash bags, dish/hand soap, sponges, and dishwasher detergent.

Main Living Room:
- TV with streaming capabilities (complimentary Netflix and Hulu)
- Cabinet filled with games and puzzles for all ages

Den:
- TV with streaming capabilities (complimentary Netflix and Hulu)
- Pullout sleeper sofa with full size mattress (linens/bedding provided)

Other things to note:
Nothing is required of the guests, but we simply wanted guests to be aware of the following summer maintenance that will occur during their stay.
- The pool is cleaned twice per week in the summer (Sunday and mid-week).
- Lawn mowing / landscape cleanup is once per week.

FAQ:
- Linens and bath towels are provided
- We do not provide beach/pool towels
- We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. Most local beaches have them available to rent by the day.
- The pool is not heated; it is open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend
- We have both a Keurig and drip coffee maker
- Pets are allowed with approval from host and a $100 pet fee
- June through August the home is available to rent by the week only, with check-in/check-out on Sundays
