When we entered the unit, we were greeted with a hall of water...and then it got worse. We had workers in the unit at 1 and 2 am cleaning water. We had workers in the unit the next day with water shut off and no ability to shower or use any facilities. We had workers in the unit on day 3 cutting open walls and then patching the holes. We were using towels to dry up the leak and then having to launder them so we had towels to use when the water was turned on.While this was not planned and ultimately fixed, we received no assistance from the rental company, have not been reimbursed for the inability to enjoy the unit peacefully. I have waited to hear back from them and after several emails, I guess since we have checked out, we are no longer a concern of theirs. Terrible communication and while the unit is nice and location is ideal, I would avoid dealing with the rental company.

Large unit, 2 full baths, great location and view

The views from the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. Rooftop views and free espresso machine are even better. The location is super convenientand the kitchen is very modern. Two full baths and two big closets. Parking in building is nice. Areas for improvement: The air freshners were awful and i had to move them outside to balcony to mitigate headaches. One of the showers was still very wet and one of the toilets had not been flushed by cleaning staff. How did they miss that? Makes you wonder. Lack of drawers for clothes. The TV and remote in bedroom didn't work.

Great property. Very clean. Communication with host was very good and timely. A couple areas I see for improvement: bedrooms get very bright even with the mesh curtains drawn. They desperately need blackout curtains. Other thing was the room was not exactly the same one I saw when I originally booked. I came to find out they have several properties they manage and you might receive any one of them, not necessarily the one you see in the pics. The listing should reflect what room I’ll specifically be staying in. The room I got was ultimately very nice still, just different from the one I was expecting.
