It was a great stay the location was perfect for all uptown activities. Close to some really good restaurants and the arena. The arena provided great communication and quick responses to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

The apartment was spacious, clean and within walking distance to restaurants and The Spectrum. The owners communicated everything we needed for the check in and parking process. We would definitely stay here again.

Trendy and comfy

The Kensington is located within walking distance to everything fun in Charlotte! The place is bright and modern, with spectacular city views! Parking is safe, and the owners communicate well. I would stay there again and would highly recommend!

I’ve booked several different units in this building, this was my far the best! The management company includes parking and there are televisions in every room. Communication was easy with the management company, and the unit was very clean.

Perfect for our girls trip!

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Uptown and close to everything we wanted to do. The home had plenty of space for five grown women to relax, laugh, get ready, and enjoy some much-needed time together. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a seamless stay. From the cozy common areas to the thoughtful touches throughout, it felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

We stayed here so we would be close to the spectrum arena. Very convenient location, walking distance from lots of restaurants and bars. We could park the car and go by foot everywhere. Great view off the back balcony and the host. Michael was awesome to deal with.
