Located in the heart of Oak Lawn. This spacious four-bedroom duplex is ideally located in Oak Lawn between Cedar Springs and Lemmon Avenue. Located in a neighborhood with a Walk Score of 93, you are minutes to all of Dallas`s best restaurants, bars & parks, and to Love Field Airport, while also being tucked away enough to escape the noise of Dallas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends.
This beautiful historic home is a duplex, consisting of two flats, with a total size of 2,370 square feet. Each flat offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and hardwood floors. Built in 1928, the home has undergone renovations in the kitchen and bathroom while preserving some original details, creating a charming and inviting atmosphere.
Additional highlights of the property include amenities such as a Keurig coffee machine with K-cups provided, an Air Fryer, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace featuring 4 adjustable standing desks and ergonomic office chairs, high-speed internet (500 Mbps), free parking, and security cameras on the premises.
