Midtown location in a quiet neighborhood. This spacious home has room for entertaining or spending quality family time. A backyard pool and neighborhood playground are great for a Spring & Summer destination, but the generous room layout, foosball table, and Pacman machine are fun for everyone when it's inside weather, and the yoga mats and beautiful rooms and quiet surrounding make it a nice retreat as well.

Good place to stay

It is a good place to stay. Only thing is, pool looks bigger on the photos but it is kinda small. Overall it is nice and relaxing place.

Good but potential to be great

It is a very nice property. Great house layout for larger groups to stay. It is located inn a very nice neighborhood and very convenient to shopping and other activities. The yard needs a little tlc. Needs better mattresses throught the house. Had to sleep on the couch. Also needs kitchen items like dish towels, dish drainer. Battery missing for MB fan remote.

Great Property

This was an almost perfect match for our needs! Plenty of room for the number of guests, beds were comfortable the kitchen was well appointed with tools for preparing simple meals. An ice maker would be a great addition! If pets are coming along bring a leash
the back yard is small and rocky. But the neighborhood is amazing for walking with furry friends! The pool was perfect for our needs but is a small dipping pool not suitable if you’re planning on swimming. Looking forward to using this property again!

Decent with lots of potential

This home is in an excellent location and has great amenities - the pool, arcade game, foosball, workout equipment, and smart TVs are fantastic. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and it has a lot of potential to be a 5-star place, but there were a few drawbacks. The biggest reason for the ‘okay’ rating is that the beds were terribly uncomfortable. The master king bed is a cheap, spring mattress and was so bouncy, it feels like you are sleeping on a trampoline. I am pregnant and have a toddler
 a good night’s sleep is imperative and unfortunately I was miserable here. If we were staying for more than two nights, we would’ve checked out and gone to a hotel. I even tried all the other beds and they were also cheap and hard as a rock with no give. The sheets were fine, but the bed spreads and pillows were also cheap. I always bring my own pillow and thank goodness I did, but my husband did not. If you are used to any kind of pillow top, memory foam, or soft mattress, you will be sorry in these beds. If you like the feeling of sleeping on the floor or spring coils in your back, then you’ll be fine. We also never received any emails with check-in or check-out instructions other than the basic one VRBO sends saying my trip is coming up. I checked my spam folder and nothing. We arrived at 9:30pm and had to call the property manager to get the code to the key box. For check out, our generic VRBO email said checkout was at 11am. So that’s what we planned for. The cleaning lady showed up at 10:30 as we were packing up the car. She was polite and waited for us to be done, but we felt rushed to get out. We didn’t use any dishes or cook anything, but I went to look for a fork and there was only one in the drawer. I looked in all the other drawers and there were limited items. I opened the dishwasher and it was full of dishes. I couldn’t tell if they were clean or not, so that’s why we didn’t use anything. Some of the home’s windows have aluminum foil and duct tape on them? We couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t just buy some actual window coverings. The home is pretty sterile and would be a lot cozier and inviting if they invested in some things like window treatments, rugs, plants, etc
 There are vinyl plank floors throughout but no rugs
 not even in the bathrooms, so your bare feet constantly feel dirty as you step on dirt, crumbs, hair, etc
 Again, decent stay with lots of potential but the biggest con is the uncomfortable beds!
