This house was perfect for our stay in San Antonio. Very clean and everything was as described. No issues with the A/C reaching the backroom as mentioned in the description, though the weather wasn't very hot during our time there. Our, host Aline was also great. Very attentive and responsive! 10/10 recommend this house for anyone staying in the area.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting our nephew for his BMT graduation. The property manager, Aline, was very responsive and easy to contact. The house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

We were without the refrigerator all week.This was non functional when we arrived. Small adjunct fridge bottom of unit. Repair person in home during our stay.

It was hard but I did my best sending a technician during the holidays to fix the problem. The top part was not cooling properly but the bottom part was cooling fine. It turns out that It was more cost effective to buy a new refrigerator than to fix the old one. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Would stay again in a heartbeat

This is a wonderful property. Very clean and spacious. The pool was amazing! There is a little road noise which did not bother us at all. The neighborhood was safe and well manicured. Lots of hills made for great walks. Our host was fabulous and responded immediately to the few questions we had. As the title states we will definitely stay here again!

Wanted to use the pool and the hot tub when we got there on Wednesday our first night. Right before I got there was told I can’t use the hot tub or the pool because they put chemicals in it a hour before I got there. She would not turn the hot tub on and said I can’t use the pool. The pool and the hot tub is the main reason I booked the house. Feel like I should not have had to pay full price when I’m there for 4 nights and 1 of the nights I have the pool and hot tub taken away. Also messaged me asking me to clean out their skimmer on the pool but which isent a big deal but really aggravated me after the pool and hottub were not available one of the nights I paid for. I should have gotten some kind of refund or something. They knew way in advance we were coming and I specifically asked about the hot tub a few days before I got there.

This property is actually better than the pictures depict. The pool/spas is fantastic and in great shape. The house is fully stocked with things we assumed we’d need to go get at the store. There were definitely mosquitos because of the heat and humidity, but that’s not the owners fault. Excellent host, beautiful and well stocked home with comfortable beds! Super clean!
