Secluded, Cozy Shouse near the Lake!

Large, Cozy Shop House minutes from Lake access. Fully finished home and shop. Fireplace and tv’s in the house and shop! The heated shop is 40’ deep with a drive through bay and a custom fish cleaning station.

Perfect for family gatherings, holidays, hockey families, hunting and fishing. Sleeps 10. Cozy private house with two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, a stunning fireplace, and a huge shop! Guest can prepare their own meals in the fully appointed kitchen.

Groomed snowmobile trail out the front door! 15 minutes from Warroad, 20 miles from Sportsman Lodge, 12 miles from Zippel Bay, 7 miles from Arneson’s.

The Premises are equipped with a smart home system including 2 exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a trespassing and theft deterrent. One facing the driveway entrance and the other facing the septic alarm system in the backyard. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior or exterior patio areas of the property. ***Upon arrival, they will be remotely turned off during your stay!

The home and accommodations were beyond our expectations. We've been coming up to Lake of the Woods for 20 years, stayed at well known resorts, and all I have to say is, we will most definitely be coming back to this home before a resort. The host, David, was absolutely amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay, to include snow removal. Top notch customer service!!!! The home is absolutely beautiful. The hosts have thought of everything someone might need during their stay with a fully equipped kitchen, and more! The fish cleaning station, in the garage, was a huge selling point for us and it did not disappoint. We will most definitely be coming back and keeping this home on the top of our list of places to stay for our future fishing trips.

This was such an amazing place for our family! 15 minutes to Warroad to fish (great fish cleaning station in town) but we did use the one at the property too! Communication was top notch, great sense of humor! We loved all the amenities! We will definitely be back! We stayed in August!

Really liked the house. Had plenty of room for larger groups. Huge garage where we spent most our time. Fish cleaning station was great. Plenty of fridge / freezer space, big kitchen, and good sleeping quarters. Also liked how the property is very secluded.

Beautiful Home

We stayed at this property for a family ice fishing trip. It is a beautiful home in a secluded area. It was perfect for us! House was clean and had everything we needed. Very roomy for all of us! The huge garage/shop was great for playing cornhole, parking, etc. 10/10 recommend this property. We definitely hope to return!

Amazing!

This property was all we hoped for when looking at the listing. It's a beautiful house with a very private location. We were a group of 4 couples. Plenty of room and the outside seating with fireplace was the best spot. Kitchen is great for cooking and the large island seated everyone. Close to the outstanding restaurant The Hawk Tavern and close to fishing and shopping. We plan to come back!

awesome getaway

With a large group, this house is perfect. It is nice to be able to have all the equipment in the garage and hang out in the garage. The house if beautiful in the inside. David responded fast to our messages and we will definitely be staying there again. Quick 20 min access to the lake.

Everyone loved this place!

We had a group of 6 couples and it fit us perfectly. It felt brand new as if we were the first ones to stay there. The house had everything we needed. The owners were always quick to respond. Can’t wait to come back!

Diamond in the woods

This house is beautiful and perfect for a large group. It is super easy to find. My family, my brother's family and my parents (party of 10) all stayed here while we visited extended family in the area for a few days. There is so much room we could spread out and do our own thing to recharge at the end of the day. The views of the trees out the windows are beautiful. The ability to walk right into the kitchen from the garage was so very much appreciated. The only downsides I can think of are: 1. One of the bedrooms gets colder than others at night (I didn't mind at all!) - but there is a heater in the room, if needed. 2. It would have been nice if there were a couple throw blankets around to use while watching TV because I didn't pack any. 3. There is no carpet so sounds do not get absorbed. If someone is up late watching TV downstairs, it is almost louder upstairs than it is in front of the TV downstairs. However, it's not bad with a bedroom door closed. 4. It would have been nice to have a small bedroom in the 1st level for my aging parents, but it worked out fine. That said, I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others - as long as they are OK with stairs.
