Adorable Upscale cottage in Downtown Fountain Inn.

Kick back and relax in this all new cottage/studio apartment. 5 minutes or walking distance to CCNB amphitheater at Heritage Park, 10 minutes to downtown Simpsonville, 25 minutes to Bon Secours Wellness Arena in downtown Greenville. 20 minutes from GSP airport. Close to Hillcrest Hospital and Bon Secours Simpsonville. Guest have access to the partially fenced backyard as well as full access to private cottage that is seperate from main house. Host lives on property but will give you privacy and is available for any needs or questions. All Dogs welcome service dogs or Non- service Dogs!! There is NO Bathroom Door. Please read the reviews before booking. We are dog friendly!

The location is perfectly centered between Fountain Inn and Simpsonville. The host respects your privacy. We recommend it highly to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

Cottage is lovely and very clean in a good location. I was in town for my son's wedding so I did not spend much time at the cottage.

Cute and clean cottage! It was an easy walk to downtown Fountain Inn to grab breakfast and also, quick to jump on the highway and travel to Greenville and Asheville. Lisa the host was super responsive and very kind with any of my questions! The yard was great for our dog and the house was very clean so I didn’t worry about her walking around. Would recommend and would stay again!

My sister and I stayed at this wonderful cottage for the night to see James Taylor in concert in Simpsonville! It was a perfect location, we checked in, got a quick bite at the mill and just a short Uber ride to the venue. Very comfortable, plenty of space for us. Had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage

This is the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. It was clean, beautiful, welcoming, and had everything there ready to go. It’s so nice to stay somewhere that the host truly takes into account someone’s comfort. We enjoyed our short stay so much!

Lovely little studio

My 10 year old son & I stayed here one Sat. night. The host was kind & responsive offering dinner recommendations & easy property instructions. The property was very clean & inviting. We ordered take out from a local resturant 0.5 miles away and the kitchen had all we needed to enjoy dinner in. We watched a movie and slept well. Super comfy bed with sound machine on nightstand too! If ever in the area again we will 100% stay at this VRBO. Thank you.

You cannot go wrong by staying here.... if this place is available, grab it!! Everything about this little gem is FABULOUS! The location, the comfort, the privacy, the safety, the decor, the shower, the appliances, the hostess! If we can come back, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for every detail of perfection!
