Freshly renovated 3 bedroom home in highly sought after 5 Forks area. Beautiful space for family or multiple couples to enjoy inside or outside with open living and big back deck. Stay in and cook in our gorgeous kitchen that any woman would want to bring home with them OR go out and have many options at your fingertips on Woodruff Road. Come back to our comfortable queen sized beds in each bedroom and enjoy the peace and quiet of our home and 1.5 acre lot. Need extra sleeping arrangements? We offer air mattresses as additional bedding upon request.

Enjoy Simpsonville in this newly renovated modern home in the area of Five Forks. This home is ideal for short or long stays offering a great hub close to all things while enjoying an abundance of space and still being in the heart of Simpsonville.

Guest have access to the entire property. There is one locked door with our maid supplies in the hallway.

Five Forks area is one of Greenville’s suburbs that have seen fast growth over the years.
We are less than 25 minutes to downtown Greenville, less than 15 minutes shopping and dining in Woodruff road and close proximity to the highway make staying in Five Forks easier and more convenient.
Five Forks is considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Simpsonville.
The community derived its name due to the five roads that forks off of Woodruff Road: Batesville Road, Woodruff Road, Five Forks Road, Scuffletown Road, and South Bennetts Bridge Road.

It is recommended that you have a vehicle during your stay. There is plenty of free parking directly in front of the house.

This house is on septic. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper.

We welcome pets in all of our units with a required nonrefundable pet deposit. The fee varies based on your pet's size, breed, age, length of stay, and how often your pet will be left alone. Please contact us with these details before booking so we can confirm the pet fee and ensure your pet is approved. We look forward to hosting you and your furry companion!

The best Location!

This unit is the perfect spot between Greenville and Spartanburg. We stayed there for a softball tournament in Duncan. This experience is exactly why I love VRBO. The property was comfortable and the manager was amazing with needs while there and after check out.
Hydrangeas and hostas around the house. So pretty!

Perfect place for a short wedding weekend trip!! We were all very pleased with it! I ended up forgetting shampoo conditioner and Q-tips and wouldn’t you know-all of that was provided!!

Excellent ouse for my 2 grown daughters and myself. Had family members from Mauldin/Simpsonville areas to come by to visit which was nice. Had roasted marshmallows via fire-pit they enjoyed but was too cold for staying out!!Thank you again!!

The host sent a lot of messages leading up to the stay regarding rules, etc. This was a little off putting as instead of 1 message, it was many. That said, I understand wanting to keep your home in good condition. However, upon check in, the home seemed to have several issues of disrepair including cigarette butts (when no smoking was one of the rules). I was worried that I would potentially get blamed for the disrepair. I contacted the host, but it just felt off to me that they were so vocal about the care of the home and yet it was not in great shape when I checked in. It also bothered me that there was nothing covering the bathroom windows (not even privacy film). My whole family felt so weird when we showered. Overall, this VRBO looks cute and has some nice touches (like k-cups, or cute folds on the paper towels) but I think some of the major things were overlooked and they should do a better job of checking the home between stays. I do appreciate the host for allowing us to bring our pet and having a reasonable pet fee. That was wonderful and its a great home for pets. That said, when I travel with my pet I am extra cautious of making sure I leave the home we stay in good condition. The fact that this home was in disrepair when we checked in made me nervous. I did not want to get blamed and having to message the host about that was an annoying part of my trip. We were visiting family that we rarely see and that was a distraction.

Outlaw Music Fest

Exactly as pictured, perfect spot to get to eating and shopping. The road noise in the morning is unfavorable but other than that we had no complaints. The BBQ grill wasn’t in order and the cover was left laying on the deck, this didn’t make much difference to us as we didn’t need or intend to use it. And the “master bath” shower leaks out the door soaking the rug, we hung it up to dry, but something you definitely want to get resolved. As far as our event, we made it there and back with ease, anyone going to Heritage Park should seriously consider this location for your stay. Thanks to Dawn and her team, we look forward to returning.

Great little place

After reading the reviews wechoose to book this cute little house as it was close to our parents. A couple of things, yes the master shower leaks all over the floor so point it towards the wall, there is a spot in the kitchen floor feels like you may fall through so tried to avoid that. The review about the mattress in the master bedroom was spot on but we were exhausted from traveling and didnt feel like putting the topper on as we also like a softer bed but that being said we actually loved the mattress!!! Felt almost like laying in the sand and it forming around your body! Im just disapointed I didnt ask for the brand it was!!! My brother and sister were in the other two room and they both said they were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Super cute and has a nice firepit we wanted to use but was too cold to even attempt that. Maybe next time!

I would stay again

I’d love to give the property a golden star however there are a few improvements that could be considered. 1) slight smell of moth balls… we eventually became nose blind to it. 2) kitchen floor has a few spots that need better support and 3) back deck patio furniture had 4 chairs. Unfortunately only one was safe to sit in. The other 3 all had the fabric torn thru; I do realize March is a little early to hang out outside so maybe they will be replaced by the change of the season. Beyond that…. It was stocked with just about anything you would need and all good quality products. Communication with the host was professional. I would recommend and book again.

When the book is much more than the cover...

This contemporary serene decor leaves you feeling rested no matter how busy your schedule may be. It has been fully updated and is a real jewel. We needed a last minute spot close to 385 at Fairview exit. Just a 10 minute drive. With everything you could need only 5 minutes either direction. The management team was very helpful with our only issue thru our 5 day stay. The mattresses are very firm and we were having a hard time sleeping (we are memory foamers). They delivered a topper for our bed the next day. Just a text was all it took. This home is so much more than the exterior would make you think. It is on a wooded corner lot that is screened by trees on 3 sides and is set back from the road. The back deck was our spot for morning coffees. We would happily stay again. Another successful booking for VRBO and team.👍
